Poll: To all PS3 owners and fans

For me it's GTAIV. That's the whole reason I bought it.

But GTA IV is not an exclusive...

True. Well part of the reason I went PS3 instead of 360 was cuz I'm a devout Playstation gamer since the PS1. That and I'm still mad at Microsoft about Vista.

Same here; about GTA4; I went with the ps3 because of the rrod plaguing the 360, and after calculating what I wanted the ps3 ended up being cheaper-yea, I know.
GTA4 ended up being a disappointment but I got Warhawk soon after and that made the whole thing worth it. But I see warhawk is not on the list.

So for the face of the ps3, I would have to say Little Big Planet. Even though it's a little overrated, it's an all new franchise that's literally caught everyone's imagination.

yeah ill try out the keyboard and mouse sound like a good idea but i dont have internet on my ps3, i have crappy wireless internet and im yet to get around to connecting ot up to a wireless router but when i do ill check out multi player

Yeah, I definitely recommend a hardwired connection. I tried the wireless and it just doesn't work as well. Of course, running a 50ft Ethernet cable through my house was a pain in the ass.

hmm this is a hard thing to answer because I personally dont think the PS3 has yet to be given a face. When I think of the face of the xbox I think of halo and such and when I think of wii I think of mario but the PS3 doesnt really have a mascot. yet. I think as soon as god of war 3 comes out kratos will be like a giant omnipresent emperor badass with a guitar that doubles as a machine gun/flame thrower of the PS3/Sony kingdom which is exactly why everyone will be so sad that this is the last of the god of wars but I think thats for the best if GOW 4 comes out it will suck so much that the entire series will be ruined.

I put Killzone 2, just because it utilises the PS3's strong points, and the helghast are pretty much synonymous with Playstation now. I think they heavily advertised it, didnt they?

inFamous, probably. Most other games have some kind of replacement on another console. Little Big Planet's also a pretty oiginal one, but it'd be difficult promoting something I don't really like.

By the way, I type "inFamous" like that as that's how the credits did it. That and my little finger gets grumpy when it sits on the Shift key too long.

I was thinking about Ratchet but went with another classic Playstation character Crash Bandicoot with thumbs up.

Anyway I only got ps3 because my dad bought it for blu-ray dvd's then I got Oblivion on it. Loved it more than 360 version. Graphics and content wise (Because I got Game of the Year edition) and changed my main gaming console to ps3.

I think that Metal Gear solid 4 is the face of the PS3. Either that or Killzone or Resistance. I guess you could count Little Big Planet too. The rest are just damn good exclusives.
