If you were allowed to kill someone without any penalty, would you?
How would you do it aswell?

No I wouldn't kill someone. Although I've had thoughts about it, but deep down I just don't have it in me to take someones life.

Yes, but only someone who really deserves it. Like a murderer who has never been caught (assuming I can find such a person). As to how, I'd probably just torture them to death. It is no penalty, after all, and I would probably let my hidden bloodlust surface and take over for the killing.

I would. I may hesitate, but I sure as hell would kill that one person and probably not lose any sleep over it. And I'll make him suffer as well, the way he's made countless of other people suffer... then I'll kill him, and cut his head off, just in case he comes back as a zombie.

This is the thing...I don't think I could kill One. If I killed one abominable person (Mugabe, you're going down), I'd consider myself broken and damned, and just kill all the people I though deserved it. But it would always be humane.

But honestly i don't think i could even kill one.
