I always have cheese toasties or butter or jam on my toast. However, the king of taosted bread foodstuffs has to be the Bacon and Mozzarella Paninis done by the various food outlets on campus. University food is expensive, but the paninis are worth it

I like to do combinations. Peanut butter and mayonnaise. Butter and jam together (it's good, don't knock it!). Honey or maple syrup and peanut butter.

And I like toasted sandwiches too. Mancino's makes the best toasted sandwiches.

I have a sandwiche toaster. I love it more than anything else in my kitchen. There is always a type of meat in them (and often several), usually cheese and usually mayonnaise. Once I have these three things, I'll raid the fridge and add whatever i can until content. I've put just about any type of food into toasted sandwiches from salad to pasta and even once Ice Cream (not really successful).
