Well, I tend to just tough it out. Bit of food, drink of water if I think I'll hold it down. Science says fatty foods are the best cure, but maybe science just likes to see us retching at the thought of it.

fresh air or meds. It often happens that my hangover clears while I'm walking to the store in order to buy the meds.

Um hair of the dog?
Or mix buttermilk, raw eggs, tonic water, and orange juice, Thats such a shock to your system if it doesn't kill you it will destroy your hangover.

I walk home from the bar. I've found that 10 km walk from bar early in the morning prevents hangover 100 %.

A breakfast roll, and a Yop(yogurt drink) If no yops are available, a fruit juice drink or a red bull will do. But breakfast roll is a must, roll, butter, ketchup, sausage, bacon, egg, pudding, all the good stuff.

My hangover cure is the sort that makes your parents mock you for the rest of your life, here goes:
If i feel bad and it doesn't go away in an hour I go to the bathroom, put two fingers down my throat and force all the shit out the same way it went in, then I take a nap for an hour or so and it's gone ^^ Worked every time (twice that is :))

Greasy food, before you drink and when you get the hangover. It always cures it. Most of the time anyways, depending on how you drink.

I usually don`t get hung over after a night of drinking beer (2-3 liters), but if i mix drinks..fml

If i drink vodca/tequila i drink water before i go to sleep. Why? Hang overs are caused by deshidratation caused by alcohool. Rehidratate and you`re all good. I also take a pill if my head hurts in the morning and then go back to sleep.

Water. Coffee is proven to make hangovers worse. This sucks for me, because I love coffee and if I drink heavily I wake up at 7AM on the dot every single time no matter how late I was up. The first thing I think (after, "God, I feel like hell") is "I could really use some coffee right now".

1. You're doing it wrong if you had a hangover. You should have drunk a 1:1 Ratio of Water:Alcohol in equal volumes. Increase to 2 Water:1 Alcohol if you're drinking harder stuff and 4 Water:1 Alcohol if you're drinking the hard (90 Proof) stuff.

2. You should have eaten before you drank. Believe me, it helps.

3. Don't take any aspirin, it's actually toxic.

4. Drink lots of water now. You are stuck with a hangover while the water enters your bloodstream and re-hydrates you and your brain. Now, when I say drink lots of water, I'm saying that you should take probably about 2 gallons of water throughout the day. Half a gallon when you first wake up.

5. Don't move around so much. It hurts. Just lie down for a bit, call in that you're going to be an hour or two late.

Cup of tea, dress up in a hoody, catch up on TV, enjoy it with a friend. Making a day out of it with a mate is the best way imo.

Bottle of Lucozade, a bag of Monster (or Mighty) Munch and ice-cream. Sorts me out about three times a week.

Like others have said, i tend to find drinking lots of water before bed, then having a fry up in the morning with juice is pretty much the ultimate cure.

Just dont drink loads of water, then piss yourself when you're in bed because you're too drunk for your body to know that it needs the toilet.
