I love that game. I play it all the time and I almost never experience some kind of op tactic. (I've only gotten nuked once)

Excessive camping
Quick Scoping
Unbalanced perks (teleporting knives)
Terrible Spawning

That's a lot of it. Imagine if they fixed some of that. Fix spawn points so they didn't spawn you under your own stealth bomber. Remove commando (or make it so you don't teleport). Fix Quick Scoping. Make the maps more open so they are harder to camp in. Somehow create a system that could tell if you were boosting (or camping (or both)) and punish people for doing so. That would actually make Modern Warfare 2 a pretty awesome game.

all of the above, but I'd also add in a very important thing everybody is ignoring- the hilariously inaccurate hit detection. On MANY occasions, I have found myself watching the killcam, wondering why I play this half-asssed excuse for a game, watching as my would-be-killer kills me by shooting the empty space behind me.

Oh, and the fact that IW has pretty much said "yea, the game is good as is. patches are for teh homosex"

P.S. Hit markers two feet to the left of the target are wonderfully common in game winning killcams

I really wish you could choose more than one, well here goes. Commando, camping, killstreaks+spawns (when someone gets a chopper gunner then everyone spawns in the same place), lag (curving bullets), boosters (though heres a way to fuck em up: At the very beginning of a match, press b to go into spectator then search for them and press pause to see where they are on the map. If you don't won't to get too close to them use a noobtube, its called putting it to good use), random bullshit (don't want to explain) and tac insertion spawn campers.

Basically all of them except that last one. There is no balance at all. Half of the weapons and attachments are gimmicky, unnecessary, and illogical (like 1887s or the WA200). Additionally they refuse to fix issues like the OMA/Noobtube/DC combo. Instead of making a realistic game they made a pile of shit, money, and explosions.

Campers were my only beef, especially because I loved hardcore so much, but had to wave goodbye to that when matches started running out of time because both teams would just sit there. The double-shotgun guys were tough, but not unbeatable.

Yes, camping is a legitimate strategy, as long as you don't connect, sit in a corner, grab a drink and shoot anyone who comes nearby for the duration of 4-5 matches (I believe that constitutes excessive).

Ah, yes. The total number of people playing BF:BC at any particular time is totally comparable to the number of people playing MW2. It's just as easy to find a game. That's why it's sold so many more copies than MW2. You're absolutely correct.

(listens to headpiece)... Wait, I'm being told that none of those things are true. BF:BC has sold much fewer copies than MW2, and its online community is considerably smaller, making it more difficult to find a game. I apologize for the confusion.

No dedicated serves for the pc version. If they had those, half of those things would stop on certain servers, and there would be a lot of those certain servers. On the poll though i put unbalanced weapons.

I don't think its broken, but my standards are low, adn I don't play PC games.

Also I hate to be this guy but how many more threads like this will we see. We need a special forum section just for MW2 threads.

I can't wait for Halo Reach just so that we can replace all these threads with "What broke Halo" ones.

I doubt people will be so negative to Halo:Reach. If you didn't know, there was a multiplayer beta already. If people were gonna be angry with Reach, we would've seen at least a bit of it then.
