The unbalanced weapons like the Model 1887. Its a fucking Winchester rife goddamnit, its not a shotgun. It didn't do that much fucking damage. Plus, it was a rifle, I'm pretty sure you can't dual wield rifles. Same with the SMGs, you can't dual wield ANYTHING in RL.
True about the dual wielding, but if you talk about RL then shotguns fire far longer than they do in MW2 where the bullets just magically disappears

I would actually say the maps. But since that option isn't avaible, I choose death/killstreaks instead.

Well the title suggest that MW2 once was a function game, I would disagree on that but if i had to pick.... hmm i would say all of the options in the poll...

I'd say Fanboys :p
It's no fun when these guys take things so seriously; sucks out all the fun. Noobtubing, commando, 'nade spam....these are 'ok' when it's 6v6. If they want to calm things down, they need to increase map size.

There are so many things wrong with the multiplayer and it doesn't help that everybody tries to exploit these problems.
That right there.

The players are always the biggest problem in online games. People can't simply be good at something, and they can't play for fun. They have to find the cheapest tactic, the biggest glitches, and the most cookie cut classes and strategies, then cram them down your throat.

When was the last time you played a match and no one was using a UMP45? Scar? Barret? Marathon Lightweight Commando combo? Some one trying to "quickscope"?

Exactly.

I would say the Kill streaks. Except that's kinda not true. I love getting rewarded for going on an awesome spree. What's wrong is people stop playing for fun. They turn into cheap little bitches to get their kill streaks.

<color=purple> I'm not sure there is any real problem. Most gamers complain about anything they can think of if they aren't the best player out there. The game was made this way, if you don't like it, play another game.

The weapons being completely unbalanced was a big factor. I also hate the camping and one man army play styles the game fostered. Thats why I sold it for BF:BC2, still campers, but a lot more teamwork and better weapons.

Battlefield Bad Company 2.
Except nobody's playing.

OT: It's not perfect, but I really wish everyone would stop bitching about it. It's not "broken". It's just the most popular shooter in the world, so the huge number of people leads to a huge number of dicks. Calm down and quit your bitching, everyone.
What server browser are you looking at?

Oh wait.
Ah, yes. The total number of people playing BF:BC at any particular time is totally comparable to the number of people playing MW2. It's just as easy to find a game. That's why it's sold so many more copies than MW2. You're absolutely correct.

(listens to headpiece)... Wait, I'm being told that none of those things are true. BF:BC has sold much fewer copies than MW2, and its online community is considerably smaller, making it more difficult to find a game. I apologize for the confusion.
I fail to see how more people means a better game, or for that matter how many copies of a game get sold. Look at how many people bought the Wii.

Ot: Almost every problem in MW2 could have been fixed if they had thought to include even the most rudimentary tools to foster a community (whatever the game has now is most certainly not a community), starting with dedicated servers. Is the ability to vote kick is not too much to ask?

I hate how 3 shots anywhere will kill you. Get the FAMAS with a reddot and you instantly win. Reddot adds lock-on while the 3-shot burst from the FAMAS insta-kills you.

there, that sums it up if I do say so myself.
I agree with every one of these except Ninja Knifers. They aren't like Commando Knifers, they can't just run and teleport to you they have to have some skill.

The Airdrop glitch.

Not camping because that's pretty a mainstay in every multi-player FPS EVER, hacking not so much as i have only once encountered someone using a wall-hack, drop shooting is something that you can't fix without removing the crouch function, quick scoping takes speed so that is pretty much excused, spawning was done pretty well so that you always ended up spawning where your team is, killstreaks sometimes create problems but not enough to break a game. So yeah the Airdrop glitch was kind of annoying but did not "break" the game.

Also, 4/7 of the options are not game-breakers.

If the 'problems' aren't going to be fixed by the developr then I will just have to ignore them and carry on playing. There are many imbalances in the game (unless you yourself are on the dealing instead of recieving end).

A lot of people said that UT2004 was broken and how hitscan based the game was. The bottom line is, as my very good dutch friend once said is "You play how the game wants you to play, not how you want to play it".

For me the killstreak rewards sometimes take the fun out of playing. They only make it more aggravating to die if you were on a good streak. And some of them are simply way to powerful.
