Kefka beats them all out.
Godly powers > All.

Nuff said.

But if pushed: I'm going for Darth Vader.
Because, if you're killed by Cloud Strife... You do not deserve to be a villain.

Darth Vader, but maybe that's just because I've never played silent hill or final fantasy (Let me guess..."Oh have you played a little game called LIFE!").

When you think about it he's a fairly deep character, and before mannequin prissypants skywalker came and mucked everything up he was pretty daunting.

Anyone that chooses Sephiroth is probably the kind of gamer that names anything that has even slightly long hair some form of the name Sephiroth.
What?

Pyramid Head is just weird and Vader is a total pussy.

Sephiroth was a pretty cool guy before he went nuts, he was loyal and incredibly powerful. Sephiroth is the only one of the three that was actually trying to do anything. Also, Sephiroth can fly.

I like both Sephiroth and Vader but not pyramid head, mainly because I haven't played that game.

1. oh yeah because trying to conquer the galaxy is totally nothing.
2. Darth has to use the force to move his body faster than a WWI tank so with out all the robot parts I'm pretty sure he can fly.

But Sephiroth is still pretty awesome.

Vader wasn't trying to conquer the galaxy, the emperor was, Vader was just his errand boy. And where in the movies does it saying anything about him using the force to move?

You really have to go into the book series for the detail like using the force to move(trust me he does at least to help him move).

Also in every Sith lord/master relationship the master(Vader) was always trying to kill the lord to become the new lord and then he would have an apprentice to do the same, I always thought it was apparent for Vader wanting to kill the emperor to rule the galaxy, you know the whole "Help me defeat the emperor and we can rule the galaxy, father and son Luke". It also says in the the "Revenge of the Sith" when he's talking to Padme that he plans on killing the emperor to rule the galaxy with her, but I don't like that movie so I don't really want to quote it.
