Some people (Marter) think he is a sub-par actor. I say nay good sir, he is, in fact, one of the funniest people in the universe. Who can't laugh at Ron Burgundy or Ricky Bobby? Nobdy (reference), that's who.

What do you guys think of this person?

Exactly. I can think of exactly 2 movies where he was even amusing, and he wasn't the lead in either, precisely. In Zoolander, he was playing off of Ben Stiller; and in Blades of Glory he was co-starring with Jon Heder.

Give me Ben Stiller or Jim Carrey over Will Ferrell or Steve Carell any day.

I like Talladega Nights. That's the ONLY time I've ever liked him. He's like the new Adam Sandler, and about the only Sandler movie I liked was Spanglish.

I have no idea why people like him, he's a terrible actor and his roles are usually borderliine ignorant. The only funny thing he has is skits on funnyordie.com.

<color=purple> I think he is only good in a couple movies. Talladega Nights, Wedding Crashers and Step brothers were pretty good, but a lot of his movies I just don't like his acting. He is like one of those outrageous/ridiculous actors thats always over the top. Like Jim Carey, but I think Jim Carey is almost always good.

I think he's an unfunny, poor actor that people need to stfu about. I honestly don't understand why so many people around me think he's hilarious and are constantly trying to get me to watch his movies. Every now and then I indulge them and then let them know, "Yep, just as bad as I was expecting. Why did you recommend this again?"

I think he is a great actor, but he is really type-casted into those silly/funny roles. Some people don't find him amusing though, personally I think he is hilarious.

I think he's hilarious. He was absolutely priceless in Anchorman, Talladega Nights, and Blades of Glory.

Also, he was beyond fantastic on SNL. If you doubt me, watch his Harry Caray and Celebrity Jeopardy sketches.
