I think that if it was measured by the duration, childbirth would be more painful, but since being kicked in the balls is a relatively short term pain, I can imagine its that much more acute for the shorted period :s

I have come to understand that passing a kidney stone (meaning trying to pee a small stone out) is the male equivalent of giving birth, which is extremely painful and can go on for weeks as it travels down your urinary track.

When a guy gets kicked in the balls he never ever ever wants to do it again. After a woman gives birth it is common for her to want to do it again after a while. Ponder and make of this what you will.

I'd go with getting kicked in the testicles, if only because IIRC humans have evolved to realize "holy hell, giving birth hurts alot, lets dope ourselves up on natural painkillers". IE when someone is giving birth their brain generally floods their system with dopamine, adrenaline and other all natural happy pills, whereas getting kicked in the balls just hurts and hurts.

giving birth, however if the kick in the balls makes you fly through the air we might have a contested first spot.

Seeing as how men will never experience birth i'll say a kick to the junk.

But really, kidney stones. Feelsbadman

Giving birth, because then there's the pain that you see when she's on painkillers, and then there's the pain you will never see that will thankfully never ever be seen. Kick in the balls is something that can be men can recover from in minutes, we're tough men, we don't need painkillers.

I cant remember which comedian said it but "Getting kicked in the balls is worse because i don't know any dude who 2 years after being kicked in the balls goes "you know what i think im going to go get kicked in the balls again"" XD

But seriously i don't know pain is a relativity objective experience so you would have to try both to get a proper answer.

I was a C-sectioned baby, my mother felt very little pain if any. So, being kicked in the nuts is worse.

Ugh,I hate arguments like this. No,it's not the same thing for the simple reason that the vagina is designed for child birth. It's one of it's few biological purposes.
On the other hand, the penis is NOT made to eject(for lack of better word) anything other then sperm and urine.
Saying child birthing is the equivalent of passing a lemon through the penis is about as relevant as comparing a woman that has to drive a car two thousand kilometers in a day, then looking at a man,and saying he has to drive two thousand kilometers in a day on a banana,it doesn't make sense for the simple fact that a banana is not a vehicle apt for long distance transportation.

OT:If we don't smudge the rules as some people are, counting pregnancy in child birthing pain, then it's a case of long and arduous labor while numbed with a buffet of painkillers and hormones and being psychologically ready for it,against sharp and surprising pain that can cause a grown man to curl up,puke and cry followed by watching one's pride and dignity fly away.
I have no idea what is worse, but I don't want either.

Being unable to experience both and decisively say, I'm not participating in the vote.
I'd imagine that it's giving birth, as the extended time you'd have to endure the pain etc.

My Mum told me that she regularly has toothaches that hurt more than giving birth.
She also thought it would be a good idea to go through childbirth a second time...

I have been kicked in the nads, I thought it hurt alot more than a toothache and afterwards I did not want another.

How would anyone actually know, we can only guess.

It would also be better if it was constantly getting kicked in the balls for the duration of a child's birth.

Speaking as a guy, giving birth, by far. Don't get me wrong, being kicked in the groin is no fun, but most of the time we're talking an incident that happens in a moment with a recovery time of, usually, hours. Birth takes hours, has a recovery time of days, and standard medical practice recommends not having intercourse afterwards for six weeks.

Also, no one rushes to offer spinal block anesthetic for a kick to the groin.

Unless we're talking about a goalie kick here, the typical birth is going to win.

When women give birth, their body prepares for it and releases chemicals to numb the pain. I think if those chemicals didn't come along, birth would hurt way more than a kick to the balls. Birth still hurts, but with those chemicals in play, the kick hurts more.

You obviously have never seen anything but an ideal childbirth. Let me tell you, in anything but an ideal one, there will be (all or some of) blood, shit, tears, screaming, flesh tearing, painkillers not really working or some other complications, vomitting, emotional distress, sharp pain, and pride and dignity flying away. It isn't pretty or nice or "the miracle of life" in most cases.

And on topic, this topic is stupid and impossible to answer because generally you don't have testicles if you have a womb. Neither are usually all that functional if you do.

It's tough, but not a subject I haven't discussed before.

(I'm a guy btw.)

I think that giving birth hurts more, but given the amount of times you'll experience nut-pain, I think it's the worst.
I did however vote birth, seeing as I guess birth hurts more in the moment.

Well, I've never been kicked in the balls, I have been hit in the balls with a speeding baseball, so I can only say that it hurts like hell.

Since we will never be able to tell which of these two will hurt more, I'm just gonna throw in my two cents and say ball hits are more painful than giving birth. I base this on the fact that, after a woman successfully gives birth, she usually looks kinda happy.

You never see a happy guy after he gets hit in the balls.
