Maybe if guys got a free kitten 9 months after getting kicked in the balls, it'd be an easier question to answer :)

Can't really just run up and put a woman instantly thru childbirth, unlike the swift boot to the happy sack.

If you are going to count the 9-months leading up to childbirth then it should be compared to a guy who is told "in 9 months I'm gonna hit you in the balls, you won't know exactly when but it will happen"
Also when a guy gets hit in the balls hard enough we can't breathe right for hours and can't even sit down or walk right for days compared to the hours that a woman goes through labor with the source of the pain being constant, for years before modern medical treatment woman gave birth and went back to work, women are built for childbirth men are not built for being hit in the balls, therefore being hit in the balls "hurts" more

IS this a serious question? Or is this an attempt to just get a certain number of responses for a badge? Oh Well.

Giving birth is more painful then getting kicked in the balls. A good amount of the time it involves massive tissue damage, extensive bleeding and your pelvis bone getting broken. So unless you're getting crotch kicked by a Mecha I sincerely doubt having your external genitalia getting punted is worse.

Another guy weighing in here assuming you didn't shatter a teste or something, I'm going to say birth hands down. Or better yet hands flailing in agony.

Passing a kidney stone is worse than both. I've talked to a number of women with children that said as much.

Although I've no experience in either, I'd say giving birth would be a heck of a lot more painful. Giving birth goes on for hours and hours, and part of your body is practically being ripped apart, plus theres the pregnancy prior to it. Whereas being kicked in the balls wouldn't last as long.
You do feel it in your entire body as a debilitating ache, though. :(

OT: Pregnancy, probably. I'm relatively certain passing kidney stones hurts more than being kicked in the balls (rough lumps being dragged through your sensitive urethra that's built to merely handle the passage of fluid.) Those are just little lumps, so it's got nothing on pregnancy, which is passing something the size of a melon at the widest point through a hole that, pre-labor, has been stretched to a 10cm diameter.

giving birth, at least being kicked in the balls only lasts for like... 30 minutes or something I may be wrong I've never been kicked in the balls only accidently hitting them. But with child birth you're in pain for hours.

I voted giving birth but women sometimes say "I want to have another baby" When do you hear men saying "I would love to have another kick in the balls"? Just saying

Yeah, no question here. Imagine your urethra dilating to ten centimeters so something can be shoved through it. Now imagine there are complications so you doctor has to start cutting you up to get that something out. Men are not nearly as tough as we like to think we are sometimes.

Giving Birth, because I know what it feels like.
To be fair, that probably means you DON'T know what getting kicked in the balls feels like.

That said...you're probably right. I mean, getting kicked is one thing, but giving birth is essentially like passing a bowling ball. Over several hours.

Christ, I can't even imagine. I am so damn glad I'm not a woman.

When I saw my exgirlfriend give birth to my little daughter... I knew I was never going to experience anything as painful...

The problem is duration. You can recover from a kick to the nads in an hour, at most. Giving birth can last for almost a day. If someone is repeatedly kicked in the balls for several hours, then we've got something to talk about.

Women has a baby, few years later, she may want another one. Guy gets kicked in balls, hope to heaven it never happens again

Seriously though, it's a stupid question in my opinion, because no one in the world has experienced both and been able to comment
Well I think that's what makes it a good question, to be honest. I mean you could ask what's more pleasurable, an orgasm, or being flicked? And that would be a dumb question because anybody could tell you it's an orgasm, because it's common sense. As you've said, nobody can experience both, so it's interesting to debate the possibilities.

Comparing knives to katanas, where the only similarity, is the fact that they are both sharp metal things.

As a guy, I say balls because the pain can happen at any time, women expect pain during child birth. And there are so many different ways to deal with it, you can't prepare for a kick to the junk.

Silly thread is silly.
