They cannot be compared. One is a short term devastating pain blast (with 15 minute after pains). The other is hours of throbbing stinging pain (with a few weeks of stinging pain).

You would not ask if a sprinter or a marathon runner is better because they cannot be compared.

The best way to describe really bad man pain is the following: whether you're writhing on the floor or your motionless in shock, all you can think about is how awesome it would be if you died. After a certain pommel horse accident in gymnastics, my opinions on laughing at ball pain had taken a serious turn. It ain't funny.

"no man has ever thought, you know what I fancey right now? A kick in the balls. Some women want more than one kid".

Nuff said. If you had to get kicked in the balls to have children, the human race would've become extint a while ago.

Being kicked in the balls obviously...

My logic:

At no point will you here a guy say 'I fancy being kicked in the balls again'....on the other hand a woman may say 'I fancy having another baby'

If it hurts that much you wouldnt opt to go through it again =P

edit: damn ninja'd

Ok, one is the result of a swift kick, the other is a result of passing a human being through a very small opening that last for several hours and can even go on for over a day.

Hmmm... real tricky that one is. [/sarcasm]

Curious sidenote: Whilst reputedly uncommon, some women actually have labour orgasms. Google is your friend.

well having experienced neither i would have to say they are about equal giving birth can be prepared for and only happens a few times 3 times max for the intelligent person and has the option of pain relief drugs but has a massive duration and probably still hurts like a *****

however i assume getting kicked in the balls while shorter duration has no option of pain relief and can happen at any time and can happen as many times as there are days in a lifetime and also probably hurts like a ***** also i have seen some pretty bad damage from people getting kicked in the balls it can make you impotent and it is not unknown for men to die from it given that there is a major blood vessel in the groin

I can't decide which is worse. As a man I (obviously) can't experience childbirth, bit it looks horrible. Though on the other side of the coin, I've never taken a kick to the balls. Though I'd be lying if I said that didn't look terrible as well.

I'd like to answer this in the form of a SFW, but scary, picture:

*crosses legs* Childbirth is worse.
Also, according to my girlfriend, one can apparently tear all the way from the clitoris to the anus. This means that an episiotomy is actually not the worst thing that could happen.

As much as I dread being kicked in the balls, I will give this prize to the women deranged enough to go through childbirth.

Humans with double Y chromosomes cannot live, as you need atleast one X chromosome for many vital processes.
Yesssss....and No...

It's all to do with Pseudohermaphroditism, where an XX/XY can mimic the other in one way, but not the other. So it's an XX/XY acting as an XY/XXY/XXXY. So...it's complicated.

Main problem is that the testicles/ovaries are the same organ that alters depending on the genetic key, so it'd be genetically impossible - but not physically.

These kinds of questions are quite silly because it all depends on the circumstances. You could come up with specific scenario's in which a ballkick would be worse than a childbirth and vice versa.

That said, you're average run of the mill ballkick (you know, the one that only hurts for a couple of minutes) will in no way hurt more than the average childbirth. Though there may be a significant difference between an accidental ballkick and a deliberate one.

Women has a baby, few years later, she may want another one. Guy gets kicked in balls, hope to heaven it never happens again

Seriously though, it's a stupid question in my opinion, because no one in the world has experienced both and been able to comment

I haven't given birth, so I can't say. Being kicked in the nuts is, however, fucking painful.

Having been kicked in the balls, I would say that it depends on how hard. If you get hit really, really hard in the balls, I suspect it would be more painful than childbirth, but exceptionally shorter. So I'm going to go with childbirth as being more painful because while I suspect that childbirth could be less intense than a hard kick to the nuts, the shear length of time when a mother is in pain tips the scales.

The stomach pains that follows a really hard kick to the balls is the worst part.
OOOOOOooooooohhh yeah, when you get that pain right on the contact spot while, somehow, the rest of the ball goes completly numb then you get that tremor up your groin to the lower part of your stomach and it just goes on and on and on. All the while your other balls screaming "BRO, BRO SPEAK TO ME, YOU OK GUY!?"

I agree that the X and Y combos are rather diverse, I believe I edited my previous post with a small rundown. But in the post of you that I quoted, you mentionted that YYs are females with male body structures, which is impossible (as YY humans die). Most of the non-standard sexchromosome combinations tend to give the affected person infertility.

Giving birth by far. While I've never experienced it, nor will I ever as I am a male, the 3 most painful things in medicine are childbirth, passing a kidney stone, and a slipped disk. In that order.
