Getting kicked in the balls has this overwhelming numbing sensation; my 6 year old niece took a running start across the room and jumped knee first into my lap, I walked like Igor for a week but the pain was either 'pretty bad' or 'my body can't process it so it just feels like there's a huge hole under my stomach.' You need medication to have any relief from the other. My wife's now given birth and had pancreatitis/gallstones, so.. yeah.

Seriously though, unless you're talking about testicles being ruptured, how can you possibly compare that to vaginal tearing? Holy crap.

Now I obviously couldn't vouch for the whole "giving birth" thing, what with being a guy and all, but I think that I'd rather get kicked in the balls than give birth from a pain standpoint. Though on the other hand, where being kicked in the balls usually lingers for a long time, apparently once you hold your child in your arms you almost completely forget about the pain you just experienced when giving birth.

I don't think anyone can answer that question, as you would have to experience both and then make a judgement call, and as far as I know, experiencing both is impossible.
Maybe a hermaphrodite.

I have never heard a man say he wants to be kicked in the balls yet I have never heard a Women say she does not want to give birth because of the pain, kick in balls seems worse lol.

So you can immagine how it feel to give birth i have heard that analogies
Immagine that someone grab your upper lips and stretch it over your head. That how much it hurt to give birth, a kick in the balss dont even compare

A simple statement: A couple years after being kicked in the balls, a man will never say "You know what, I fancy another kick in the balls."

Obviously this is a joke, but it tickled me and was relevant, so enjoy. Personally, I think child birth would hurt more.

Imagine pushing a grape fruit out your dick hole. That's what childbirth is. A more apropos question would be child birth versus kidney stones. Child birth would still win.

Birth...I wouldn't even have thought the 2 were comparable.

Apparently passing a kidney stone is pretty much the same ordeal, so make sure you drink plenty of water.

Tell you what...let's wait until someone can do both and ask them. ;)
Is it possible for someone with XXY chromosomes to become pregant? If so it could be possible for someone to be kicked in the balls and become pregnant. That way we could sort this all out. For science!
AFAICR, YYs are female with male body structures. Sadako was one in the original Ringu, they do have a scrotum but it's hidden deeply within the body.
Humans with double Y chromosomes cannot live, as you need atleast one X chromosome for many vital processes. A quick rundown:
XX = Normal Female
XY = Normal Male
XY, Y not expressed = Female, though not all that fertile
XXY = Infertiles males, usually have tons of other problems as well (Klinefelter's syndrome).
XYY = Males, apparently without problems.
YY = Death

I think the ball-kick would hurt more. Female hormones make the birth bearable for them, or not?. If giving birth would trully hurt so insanely much, I doubt we would have as many humans walking around as we do. Or perhaps the release of 'omg child' hormones after birth makes them forget the pain. I could be completely wrong though, and I most likely am. I have no way to compare.

Think of it this way. Would you rather spend 6-48 hours pissing a walnut, and thereby ripping various things, or get kicked in the balls?
