As a bloke getting kicked in the bollocks obviously hurts like hell for a good quarter of an hour afterwards. That said, giving birth is clearly going to hurt more and it's completely idiotic to say stuff like 'oh but you can have drugs when you give birth'. Yes, you can but by comparison it's still the equivalent of forcing a lemon out of your cock, no amount of drugs is going to make that painless.

I'm going to have to go with balls on this one.

Giving birth might hurt. A lot. But at least you know that the pain is just an element of the last part of creating life, and you know that when it is over you will have produced a child. An actual living goddamn child. And you will love it, and all the pain that you went through creating it will be totally worth it.

With a kick in the balls however the pain gives you only shame, panic, and worries that you testicles might be ruined forever. And when it is over your will have gained nothing but painful memories.

So yeah. Childbirth might hurt more, but a kick to the balls is much worse.

I'd say getting kicked in the balls. Why? Because a woman can give birth, painful tho it may be I have no experience in that department, and a few years down the road want another kid knowing the pain it causes. While a guy can get kicked in the balls and would be happy to never have to experience that pain again, no matter the circumstances

Giving birth.

Why are we even talking about this?

Hell, I was knackered just from watching. My fiancée managed it without any pain medication, and she doesn't seem to remember the pain almost at all, but she felt it at the time I can tell you that.

The best logic presented so far is "They don't offer an epidural before you get kicked in the balls". No, they don't, but if they did, I'd probably take it.

Childbirth maybe Painfull, but it has to be done to keep populations intact.
Kicking someone in the balls will only reduce the amount of teeny weeny little babies created.
And Childbirth can be aborted, A kick cannot. But I would think pregnancy hurts aswell, but the Kick would hurt more.

Manly test:
Can I be a man about a groin shot?
Yes, I did. I crumpled a bit, but I could tough it out and continue what I was doing. (pushing the attacker into a tree)
Can I be a man about giving birth.
I haven't done this, but It's inconceivable that someone giving birth could just continue doing what they're doing. They're incapacitated for hours. So, child birth must win by way of duration at the very least.

The one that could probably match or even exceed both of them and we all have a chance of experiencing one, is a kidney stone being passed.

I think giving birth because getting kicked in the balls doesn't hurt that much at all(I ahve been kicked multiple times so that might be the case) also its a short pain not long and lasting.

Also wtf is wrong with people saying getting kicked in the balls is more painful, have you ever been really kicked in the balls?

Giving birth, obviously giving birth! The pain from being kicked in the balls lasts a few seconds but the pain from giving birth can last for hours or days. Can we stop asking such obvious questions now?

Kicked in the balls.

You know why? It's unexpected. You've got 9 months to prepare yourself, and your body is DESIGNED to excrete a human baby. Yeah, it's painful as shit, but still.

Balls are not designed to be kicked, and it's never expected.
