Poll: What is the deal with bacon??

It started off as tasting really good. Then some people got a bit carried away with expressing their love for bacon. Then people started jumped onto the bandwagon.

In my personal opinion, beef jerky annihilates bacon in terms of competition...

I agree with this.
Bacon's okay. Personally I'd rather have some other cut of pork, if not just another type of meat altogether.

Holy ass crackers! I've actually had the chance to try this but never did. My opinions clashed on it, my love for bacon vs. my hate for all white condiments. LOL.

I'd like to point out that the Tactical Bacon... costs $16 per can.

"Approx. 18 servings per can (1 serving = 3 slices of bacon)"
That means there are ~54 slices of bacon in one can, well worth $16 IMO, unless bacon is ridiculously cheap over in the states. But then I'm awful at imperial measurements so I couldn't say whether 9 ounces is a lot or not.

16 oz. = 1 lb., so we're talking $16 for just over half a pound. Those must be really tiny slices.

I was thinking of voting for the last option but after seeing Bacon Lube, I just couldn't choose it because that just disturbs me. However that Tactical Canned Bacon is just flippin sweet and I going to have to buy a can of that as soon as I can. I might even put it as my avatar because its so awesome.

I'm a vegetarian, so bacon is really not even an option. I don't even really recognize it as a food anymore its just a dead greasy thing that looks unwholesome.

I'll have pancakes thank you. Or perhaps a yummy vegetable omelet.

But its bacon, the most delicious meat in the entire world only aside from beef jerky, so by your logic tofu isn't a real food too. So git, cause we don't like yer kind round here, you gosh dern veggie loving hippie.

All I know is, bacon in other countries sucks absolute ass. I've been all around the world, and I can't believe anyone thinks other countries bacon is worth eating. Even Canadian bacon sucked.

Australian rashers are just better, and that's all I have to say about bacon.

Beef jerky is just dried bacon. It's old, washed up, not fit for competition bacon.

It is good however.
