Well, not really. I eat a lot of vegetarian food like garden burgers and stuff like that, these tend to have a lot higher protein content then you might think. Also i've become a big fan of nuts like peanuts and almonds. I also eat black beans with just about everything.stinkychops said:So how do you maintain a high enough protein intake? And, since i'm not a vegan i still eat eggs.
so, i usually skip breakfast; or just have a soda, have a garden burger for lunch, snack on some almonds at my desk, and then have rice and black beans for dinner.
That's not how it goes everyday, but it is a pretty good guideline.
