Twilight.

It ruined a classic character(Vampires) and moved on to ruin a few more(Werewolves)--

Id like to say there is nothing stopping from anyone making vampires all gothic and evil again.

So not ruined, but done wrong.

OK, OK, but it created stereotypes. There are too many people who go, "Ugh, Vampires?" at the mention of them. I had managed to convince a friend to start a series and he was really getting into it, but as soon as Vampires came into play, he dropped it flat. Pissed me the hell off.

Twilight for sure. Although there seems to be quite the hate at MLP right now as well (although it might be more directed at the fanbase than anything).

Of course when you have literal "Hate threads" you know that there's gonna be alot of things people hate.

Well it's just another step in the evolution of vampires in the social mind. Original they were horrible creatures that would viciously kill people and feed on their corpse, an undead predator that struck in the night. Eventually they became more suave and sophisticated as well as unnaturally sexy at times. Now they sparkle.

It isn't the best change. Thankfully they aren't ruined everywhere.

Have to admit I haven't seen much Bayformers hate as of yet.

Twi-shite. Messing up everything about vampires and turning them into sparkle-pires, with atrociously bad writing. Then again, what can you expect from the child of obviously illiterate parents (Stephenie Meyer)...

Bayformers are just Michael Bay movies, you get exactly what can be expected from them. No followable plot, lots of T&A and explosions (not that there is anything wrong with that).
MLP: I don't see the appeal myself but I guess it's well made, for little girls and stoners. Seems to be less idiotic than Spongebob at least.
Sony: I don't buy into the hate. Blame the hackers/anon, not their victim.
FFXIII: I haven't cared about FF in ages so I have no real opinion on it. JRPG is a genre that simply does not appeal to me that much, with a few exceptions. The last Squeenix game I liked was The Last Remnant, precisely because it was different from FF.

The United states of America, MLP, Final Fantasy, Bethesda, Bioware, Sony, Twilight, probably more, can't remember.

You know what it is that everyone here hates the most? Games.

I've noticed that, even with everyone spouting a profound love of the medium, people here just like to hate games. Not even particular games...everyone here pisses and moans about every game, and they all constantly get in fights over them. Out of everything mentioned above, games receive the most flak.

Nope, thats /v/, they literally hate all video-games, they operate on the assumption that once something becomes popular and is no longer confined to their chat-board, it sucks. They're pretty much hipsters.

Because they hate it once it becomes popular and only love something if its not mainstream or talked about.
