I used to be all 4.0 and stuff (Well straight A's in college, but if we must stick with the thread's conventions...)

Then I got to uni and now I'm standing at 2.1, which is still pretty good.

I was a bit of an overachiever and my head was constantly in a book, not that any of that changed, so I had a 4.0 in high school and in college.

I consistently nail a 3.7-4.0 GPA in my college courses, which is great, because even the faculty don't care about your grades. Ours is not an industry that bothers with imaginary numbers. It's all about the skills and whether or not you have them.

Yeah... you Yanks keep that thing....

I'll stick with my firsts, seconds and thirds...
I had a discussion with an English girl last summer about that system of yours and I've concluded it's absolutely insane. I think even the American one is better.
A is good, E is bad. You do GCSEs, then A levels, then Uni. Ohh look, summed the entire thing up in two sentences. -.-

Around 3.8, so I put a 4 on the poll. I will say this though, keeping that good of a GPA as a physics major is freaking hard as hell. But it's totally worth the scholarship money. :)

My school doesn't have grades (I attend an acting studio in NYC), but we're evaluated by our different teachers, and mine are all mostly positive with critiques thrown in. I try very hard in class, but I'm a bit lacking at home. If I worked harder outside of class, my marks would be excellent.

Me and ed-ma-ucation had a disagreement. I said "Not right now maybe we can be together later", ed-ma-ucation said "I'm sorry but I cant wait". We don't really see each other much these days and when we do, it is nothing more then a long glance at what could of been......

Usually about an average of 3 because I tend to either be pretty good at a subject or pretty bad at it so I mostly get 4s and 2s.

4.0 going on junior year of high school. I tend to spread my grades out though. It's rare I get an rather high A in an academic class.

I put most of my effort towards chemistry probably. That class is a joy, but it's a lot of learning as well.
