For the past long while, I've been delving into the metal/hardcore region. Though I also have my fair share of rock, and a minority of stuff like Klaxons. Whatever the hell they're classified as.

Grunge/Prog/Trance

...pretty wierd combination I suppose but my favourite artists are Soundgarden,TooL and Deadmau5 so... EDIT:actually now that I look at it, those all are on the fence as to what genre they are /facepalm. Though last time I read a Youtube comment, I think the jury was still out on whether TooL is prog.

If it's good music though your a fool to restrict yourself from it because of genre.

Mostly stuff that isn't main-stream. That's about how far I can narrow it down. I listen to all sorts of genres, it mainly depends on what I'm in the mood for. I have alternative rock, punk, industrial, electronic, classic rock, different forms of metal, some orchestralish stuff, some country rock, soundtracks, some stuff that can be all over the place (Weird Al and TMBG come to mind), and a few other random stuff. I usually like the harder music and am not a fan of "poplar" music (pop, hip-hop, rap) cus it just isn't to my taste. I can't really put myself in one genre though. My taste is too varied.
