I have a redicuously diverse range of music I like, from classical to Dubstep to Breakcore to Soft Rock to Metal to Trance! I love it all!
In fact, if I had to pick a favourite, at the moment I really like chilled Dubstep/Chilled Electronica, but my favourite music style changes frequently!
Music I don'r get on with, however, tend to include (but with the occasional exception): JAZZ, R+B, Soul and a lot of Garage...
Is it bad that 80% of the music I listen to was made by me? It's not like I'm not egotistical or anything I just make music I like so of course I listen to it... I don't know it just feels like I'm doing something wrong, maybe I'm just over thinking it.
Rock I suppose. I don't listen to music because it's from a particular genre, nor do I like a genre, it just so happens that many of the songs that I like fit into the rock category.
Orchestral. Just about anything else doesn't quite sound nearly as good. It's not that I refuse to listen to other music (aside from one or two kinds), just that I perfer orchestral music is all.
Ah, i have quite an eclectic taste, so i voted for other, because i dont listen to one genre. i think listening to one genre is a bit narrow-minded, especially if said person doesnt even give other genres a chance.
Eclectic. I'm into Portishead right now, along with The Carpenters, Kreesha Turner (partly because she used to be my next-door neighbor), David Crowder, The Fray, video game soundtracks, and such. My favorite artist is Aphex Twin, my favorite album is his Selected Ambient Works II.
As a singer, I listen to anything that has a good melody to it. I need something that can I can sing along with, something i can cover, or "make my own" as the singing contest show judges like to say. The only thing I don't really listen to is gospel music for reasons beyond this discussion.
Also no Bieber because....because Bieber.
Also, there is no sexier form of music to me than good instrumental jazz music. One of my life goals is to learn to play the saxophone for this very reason. Perfect background music for just about anything.
I dunno. I don't really stick to genres. I used to think I hated rap, but I've been listening to Eminem for the past couple of days. I want to say I hate dubstep, but who knows.
I've consistently liked rock, so I guess I would call that my favourite.
I listen to all kinds of music, it's mostly dependent on my mood. But I mostly listen to classical stuff and Opera. I also quite enjoy a cappella singers.
