Why is the thread for Fallout 3 only? Most of these existed before Fallout 3 as well. You know, there were Fallout games before Fallout 3. Good ones too!
Because comparing them between the games is pretty much impossible when it's based on in-game combat, due to the immense difference in how number 3 plays compared to the first two.

Because I assume the person who made the thread has only played 3. What's the fucking problem with that?

OT: Deathclaws are a ***** since I'm too lazy to make a dart gun.

Giant Radscorpions are the toughest, I can take down 2 Deathclaws at once, but a single Giant Radscorpion is fucking ridiculous.
Use either the Terrible Shotgun or a Shishkebab (with Pyromaniac perk) and Giant Radscorpions will die in mere seconds.
The only weapons i've mastered are Small Guns and Energy weapons, where I can find the Terrible Shotgun? I might have found/sold it, but I want to make sure.
The named raider Smiling Jack at Evergreen Mills carries it. It can kill anything on this list with one sneak attack headshot!

Albino Radscorpions, much harder to kill than Deathclaws.
I have to agree with you. Deathclaws are actually pretty easy to deal with. If you have the Dart Gun, they are completely helpless. Even if you don't, you can usually do enough damage to a Deathclaw and then finish it off via VATS before it can touch you.

Albino Radscorpions are a lot harder to deal with. Unlike the Deathclaw, there is no easy way to kill them. Their natural damage resistance combined with their massive health bar makes them very difficult to take down. Plus, Deathclaws usually only appear alone or in group of two. I commonly see Albino Radscorpions in pairs and accompanied by lesser Radscorpions.

Super Mutant Overlord with Tri-Beam laser outclasses all of the poll suggestions.
Yeah but Super Mutant Overlords aren't very common, even in the heart of DC. Because they aren't very common it's worth to use ammo from your best guns on them. Unlike the Albino Radscoprion, which is a common appearance once you reach the high levels.

A deathclaw gets about as many points on the difficulty scale in Fallout 2 as it does in Fallout 3. Sure, in Fallout 3 you can jump around like a retard and shoot at it while you wait for VATS to load up. But the creature itself is still as deadly as it is in the previous Fallouts, which is what the topic is about.
The topic was about the deadliest creature in Fallout 3. No point in bringing up the other Fallout games when they are not relevant to the current discussion.

I suppose it's the fact that I'm seriously bothered by the fact that the third installment is getting so much uncalled for attention, while the first games are completly forgotten somehow.

Kinda like how Michael Jackson got all of those people to start crying over him when he died, the same people who screamed "he likes fucking kids!".
If you want to talk about the other Fallout games, why not make threads about them?

I'd say Albino Scorpion. Overlords are easy to deal with, Reavers are completely ignored with the Ghoul Mask and Deathclaws are useless if you hit the with a Dart Gun. But Albinos... Damn, they move fast, even after being shot with the Dart Gun...

Deathclaw until you grab a dart gun or learn how to shoot it in the legs.

After that, Reavers probably. Those feckers are a ***** to kill.

Albino Radscorpions always gave me fits... I found the best way to take them down was with a gatling laser.

The Super Mutant Overlord with Tri-Beam Laser Rifle would also be way up there. I've been killed by these guys multiple times.

That's because Radscorpions are completely immune to the Dart Gun. Since the poison used in the Dart Gun is from their own stingers, it makes sense that it would not affect them.

Eh, If you have The Pitt and get the Man Opener from it, Albino Radscorpions become quite easy. That's why I'm saying Reavers and Overlords, they have immense amounts of health and can do some damage.

Deathclaws are nothing. I can sneeze and put three out of commission. Feral Ghoul Reavers are where the challenge is. Five plasma bolts from a fully-repaired A3-21's Plasma Rifle to the head took off one bar of HP. 'Very Hard' mode. It took forever to clean out the metro.

Weird, because I thought they move slower after I dart them, just "slower" was still pretty damn fast...
