The Tau, definitely. Their vehicles and guns are basically the biggest, the best, and better than the rest. Well, the Imperial Guard outdoes them somewhat in the vehicle category, but the Tau definitely have the absolute best ranged infantry weapons, and that's how I roll. Sure, their close-combat is horrific, but I dare any enemy to get that close with fifty pulse rifles raining down on them.
