Poll: What's your favourite Zelda game?

I don't know how the weather is in the rest of the world, but where I live I'm pretty much snowed in at the moment. So I sat myself down on my couch and brought forth the ol' Nintendo 64, popped in Majora's Mask and went on another epic adventure.

Thus I was reminded why Majora's Mask is my favourite Zelda game, due to it's darker atmosphere, creepier setting and deep character story. This begs the question then, which is your favourite Zelda?

Now I know Ocarina of Time is said to be the best Zelda game of all time, but that doesn't necessesarily make it so, in your book. Throw a vote and write why you like one particular Zelda game, more than others, if that is the case.

(In case some of you were wondering where all the options went, the escapist doesn't allow you to add more than 9 options in a poll, so I picked the ones I belived to be the most competative. If yours is not on the list, just write it.)

EDIT 2: Here's an example of why I think Majora's Mask is a darker game, since the music is partly at fault. This is just the opening theme;

I've always enjoyed Majora's Mask as well. I loved the 3 day thing coupled with the ability to change into different creatures and use different mask. Plus you could go back and fight the dungeon bosses which was always fun.

I am going to have to go with Ocarina of Time since it is the only Zelda game that I have played through again directly after beating it. Spoiler alert: It was better the third time around.

(Second place going to Oracle of Ages. Only other Zelda game I have played twice. Once for the nostalgia factor)

Difficult choice... the original was good, Ocarina of Time was good, Oracle of Ages/Seasons were good, and Twilight Princess was good...

I'll have to go with Twilight Princess though, mostly because the story is the best of the whole series.

Minish Cap is the peak of the series. It is just that nobody played it for some reason.
Ocarina of Time and Majora's mask have aged horribly and don't really hold up when viewed without nostalgia goggles.
Also, this thread has been done a million times over. I know that all you new people are unfamiliar with the official and implied rules of the Escapist, but still. I am not mandating that you search every time, I am just asking that you stop and think about whether it has been done before.

No, my brother has pretty much all of them and whenever I watch him play any of them I just think "Wow, whats everybody getting excited about? It's the same game over and over again" then I go and play Shadow of the Colossus or Lost odyssey or something.

I'm not saying they're bad, they're just not for me

I've always favored Majora's Mask, since it feels like the game is at least trying to do things differently from the other Zelda games.

But in the end, the best of the games has to be Master Quest, because it's actually a challenge compared to the other ones, which I find, to a large, insultingly simple.

I lost my master quest disk (it was on GC) although I must have played through it around 5 or 6 times.
