Heights, the dark, spiders and death. Which to choose?

I resent most of those being phobia's, though, most of them aren't irrational.

Heights - Duh

Dark - Anything could come at you and you wouldn't know

Spiders - Most of the bastards can kill you, if not, hurt you

Death - Debatable, but I think it's quite reasonable to be afraid
Heights- There is usually a ledge, otherwise you should be cautious, yeah.

Dark- That means you could come out of it aswell and they wouldn't know.

Spiders- No spiders (where I live) are even slightly dangerous. Their bites might hurt at most.

Death- Since you can't avoid it, why fear it? Although, it is understandable to fear it.

All we have to fear, is fear itself... Honestly i can't remember the last time i was truly frightened. Other than by a horror book.

My major one is heights, though it's not really irrational. I don't freak out when I stand on a chair, for instance.

I don't like spiders very much either, I guess.

Haptephobia, the fear of being touched.

I get very stressed being around anyone and I get very stressed/panicked when someone touches me
and if I did not see the person coming up to me I freak out and tend to strike that person or jump away(usually the letter one). the feeling I get is like a combination of physical and mental pain, and I don't have any recollection of how i developed it.

Two things freak me out.
One is heights. Anything above two stories & I get vertigo, then grab onto something to support myself.
The other is a rather irrational one... escalators.
Over time I've been able to cope with it, but I still freak out inside my head every time I have to use one.
- If you've ever seen the Itchy & Scratchy clip that's got the escalator, you'll know what I'm on about.

Highly arachnophobic, with a touch of xenophobia. I probably have a couple of other phobias, but these two top the list.

Arachnophobia, to some extent.
Most eight-legged creatures just creep me out, unless there's a sheet of glass between me and it and I'm at the zoo.
Or if they're under the sole of my shoe, after I've stomped them to death.
