Actually, if I remember correctly, everyone I knew started developing sex drives at around that age. Some sooner.

A lot of the time, though, kids tend to act like sexual people because they are trying to be more grown up. It takes a few years to kick in that, no, you are not supposed to act this way, but by then they've already made a bunch of mistakes.

And that's not taking into account kids who hang around with older teenagers. My sister was giving blowjobs at age eleven just because that's what her significantly older friends were doing. And she's just about fucked up for life as a result of it.

Kids are impressionable. And stupid. And often think they are older than they are.
It's not really surprising to me that you did shit like that at that age. Because I know plenty of other kids who did just the same.
As sobering a thought as that is.
