Poll: Which country has had the most negative effect on the world?

I'm interested in which country people think has been the most detrimental to the world at large. Seeing that there are only eight options on any given poll I've had to cut back on the options available, but I've tried to hit most of the main players.

If you have any other ideas for countries that should be included, please to let everyone know. If you want to discuss or debate the voting, please do so.

I'm saying Britain, because of the things that the British Empire did that still cause strife in the world today. (India/Pakistan, Iraq, Sri Lanka, etc.)

I think by most measures the winner is the USA, followed by China then India.

Hence I put in the states that make it up. Sorry that I couldn't detail every country there, but there are simply too many for a poll as limited as this. If you think it's an African state, do give details.

In the past, possibly the British Empire (I say that and I'm a British citizen and a patriot...). However, for the modern day (and my vote), it has to be the USA. Sorry, but Team America: World Police had it spot on...
