Poll: which is the best anime, Dragonball, One Piece, Naruto or Bleach?

I haven't seen Bleach, but I have seen the other three and I truely just do not like any of them. I prefer animes with, you know, plot.

This question is pointless, its a matter of opinion. In that sense, people aren't always gonna agree with the options given, and either say none, or ignore the options all together and say their own. I guess the point is, there is no best anime, just the one each individual person likes best.

Dragon ball z is the best out of them i think. It has my favourite character in it, Prince Vegeta and some of the awsomest bad guys ever to have walked across my screen and some of the good and coolest and strongest characters too, which is why i think is a great anime series.

As you can tell, I prefer animes with a lot of awesome. And comedy. but mostly, awesome. Let's run down the descriptions, shall we?

Cromartie High School: A high school for Juvenile Delinquents with a character mirroring a certain Queen guy by the name of Freddy, a gorilla, and a robot. Also, the flat out best dub I've seen in a while.

Gurren Lagaan: Do I really need to say it? GIANT ROBOT!

Pani Poni Dash: A high school teacher, born in Japan, raised in America, graduated from MIT, and moved back to Japan... all in the span of ten years. She's eleven. The students also get mention for their wacky attitudes.

READ OR DIE: A bookworm with the power to make paper fly everywhere works for a special agent group out to get an evil guy who can control electricity.


These animes are much better than DBZ, Naruto, Bleach, AND One Piece. COMBINED. I'm also saddened to see a lack of anything Gundam on this list. What's wrong with this kid?

Out of those 4... meh I'd say Bleach.

Edit: Megapenguinx reminded me that FLCL beats the crap out of all of these. What's better than guitars, anime, random monsters, abstract things, and a girl that is a total tease?

All of that and a bag of chips. That's what's better.

I'm petitioning the addition of an "other" choice in the poll. The series' given are limited to those appearing in Shonen Jump! (even more only the popular ones). If given only those four choices I would say DB or One Peice. Bleach beats out Naruto all the way and Dragon Ball and One Peice can't really be compared the other two as they are very different.

However, best anime ever goes to either FLCL or Haibane Renmei. FLCL for reasons listed above, and Haibane Renmei because it explained nothing about what or where.

Out of the ones listed I'd have to say Bleach, but none of these are the 'best' anime... that title was taken long ago by NGE.

Naruto sucks and Bleach bores me to tears after a while. One Piece appearantly got better after I stopped watching, but I never got really that much into it.

I grew up with Dragonball, so I'm gonna say DB, minus everything that happened after Cell's death of course.

In an attempt to write an intelligent point on how this topic can't really give any rational reason to exist, you sort-of fail at rational thought. I get your point, in that forums that are simply "yea-or-nay" to this-or-that are just usless. Yet it asks an opinion of the community, therefore being a useful topic of discussion.
People voice their opinion and why, while others agree or disagree and give their points. It certainly doesn't help that the poll is limited to four options, but posters have decided not to limit themselves.

Naruto is a piece of shit with a cult following, and the dude who writes it has some serious anxiety problems. That is one book I wouldn't mind seeing burned.

Strictly speaking about anime Full Metal Alchemist is a work of art in my opinion. There are main characters in Academy Award winning movies that I didn't care about as much as I did Ed and Al.

If I can make a statement based purely on manga though, Naruto is fantastic. I know he gets a lot of flack from people, rightly so based on just the anime, they made him quite annoying. The manga however is phenomenal.

I think he gets a lot of flack 'cause the whole shippuuden thing sucks. Whenever there's a scary strong badguy, there's always an even scarier stronger badguy, oh, wait now HE'S really the badguy.............oh wait.

I actually think naruto is less guilty of that than most other animes. From the beginning Shippuden was about Akutski, yea the person who they lead you to believe was the leader ended up not being the leader, but that's one time. You are supposed to think Pein is the strongest, until the Madara reveal, that's the only time. Overall I feel like you have a pretty decent idea of where everyone stands as far as villains go in the naruto universe.

Either way it's no where near as bad as Bleach or DBZ in that category.

You're off by one letter on that one: B. Take out the I, the P, the E's, and the N, you get the STRANGEST overall anime ever, once you multiply the B and O by seven. I happen to like One Piece out of those four, to actually answer the question.

Sheesh I'll admit BoBoBo-Bo Bo-BoBo Is quite strange HOWEVER have you seen Paranoia Agent. Box7 is strange funny. but Paranoia agent Is Strange WTF Strange

Niether. But the only Anime (styled shows anyway) that I like are Ghost in the Shell, Cowboy Bebop, and the Boondocks.
If I had to pick a favorite, I would definitely go with the Boondocks (though that hardly counts) so my favorite real anime is Ghost in the Shell.

One Piece, because its the only one that has pirates. Yaaar...
We all know pirates beat ninjas (and if you say otherwise you LIE!) so is better than Naruto.
DB is ridiculous (Yes, I can destroy an entire planet with a finger of whatever it was. When it gets to that point its just silly).
Bleach is good, but the sword wielding and 'Shinigami' is used a lot elsewhere. I'm not saying its bad, I enjoy it. But gotta say, loving the One Piece more.
