Starcraft, because those Marines aren't insanely overpowered like in 40K, heh.
The Space Marines are not overpowered. Warhammer 40K in its entirety is overpowered, but for the setting, space marines are not overpowered.
Does that mean you're not overpowered when everybody else is?

40k was the birth of the space marine, and they are also the best (screw you master chief). their ordinary gun use bullets the size of your middle finger (.75 cal). and 100 of them can desolate a planet on a day.
Bigger than a middle finger, more like your face.

They do not spit acid, that implant organ is generally not used. I actually don't know any chapter that uses it. They do have implants that allow them to resist almost any poison; others that allow there blood to clot almost instantly to any wound, a reinforced skeleton, an implant that allows there armour to become a second skin and a few more implants or genetic enhancements that I can't remember.
If you're taking about Chaos Marines, then it's quite likely that some of them do, but it sounds like your just taking about loyalist marines.
All Space Marines have that ability, including Chaos Marines. To quote from the Lexicanum:

"Phase 17 - Betcher's Gland - Consists of two identical glands, implanted either into the lower lip, alongside the salivary glands or into the hard palette. The gland works in a similar way to the poison gland of venomous reptiles by synthesizing and storing deadly poison, which the Marines themselves are immune to due to the gland's presence. This allows a Space Marine to spit a blinding contact poison, which is also corrosive enough to eat through iron bars."

For the full article, see http://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Gene-seed

As for chapters who actively use the gland, the Iron Snakes come to mind. On their homeworld of Ithaka the brothers of the phratry frequently conduct trials and exercise regimen with the new initiates, and should one of them be bitten by a poisonous snake this is looked upon as a good omen; the oolitic kidney filters the toxin out of the bloodstream, while the Betcher's gland converts and stores the toxin for later use. Just read 'Brothers of the Snake', it's Abnett anyway so you won't be disappointed - I found it to be a good read.

As you might have guessed by the sheer nerdiness of the post so far, W40k FTW.

I have to hand it to both 40K marines and Starcraft Marines because both wear cool chunky power armour (they look good) both fight in and throughout space (they fufil the definition of space marines) one fights for religious purity while the other fights for freedom (they have unique motivations) and they are almightily powerful with their gauss rifles and boltguns (they're strong).

Halo marines are just the USMC with some stupid metal plates on their fatigues (in fact, they even have the same acronym) while Zone troopers are just regular army troops with powered Hazard suits and rail guns (they have fancy gear but none of the balls to back it up with).

I knew about this implant organ, I just didn't know any chapters that still used it, due to mainly weakening along certain lines in the gene-seed.

My bad, then. My presumptions led me to a flawed perception of your knowledge - sorry about that.

I saw "zone raiders" and thought: WTF do STALKERs have to do with space marines? Then I saw the explanation and was all disappointed.

Warhammer 40k Space Marines, not only do they look badass they can also be outfitted with different weapons to fit a variety of roles.

Actually, if I remember the back story right, the Starcraft marines are reprogrammed criminals serving a sentence for crimes.

And yeah, that was a hilarious cutscene "I love you sarge" "Hu-?" *Zerg chomp*
Right. Still, they might be criminals, but they're mainly average joes. Just ... average Joes who commit crimes. And end up bolted into power armor.

Exactly. The SC marines have humor. They're more enjoyable to me because of that then the 40k marines who are all 100% SRS BSNS all the time. (See: Halo's Sgt. Johnson for another example of humor making space marines awesome)
And big ass cigars, judging from the Starcraft 2 trailer ;)

40k Blood Angels!! These guys can be blood crazy due to a flaw in their genetics but are still so much more badass than anyone else.

40k has a variety of them and they go into so much depth and sheer awesomeness that they can't lose.
