anyone who votes yes have never been to a metal club and gone crazy head banging with there friends to bodies, imo its a great song just to go crazy too.
Don't you think that metal clubs are just kind of tacky though? Metal isn't supposed to be club music. It's supposed to be dramatic and powerful, and that kind of stuff is just best enjoyed at gigs or at home for me. That's why I don't like commercial metal like Drowning Pool and Disturbed, but that's just me.

I'm seriously sick of hearing this song on the internet... it's not cool, it's not heavy, it just. Fucking. SUCKS.

Anyone else sick to their back teeth of this piss-poor excuse for metal? Feel free to post vids/links of metal bands that are actually good!
Personally I hate metal music in practically all of it's forms, I don't find it enjoyable to listen to under any circumstance and I feel that far too many people trying to get into music try to go a heavy metal way. That being said, I don't like Bodies at all, of course I won't criticize anyone who actually likes metal, nor will I say it is a terrible song I just don't like it. But the fact that you so blatantly say that a song a lot of people like, "Fucking. Sucks" makes me feel you are chauvinistic calling a song many people define as a heavy metal song not heavy.

Also I have heard people say "Bodies is such and over played piece of crap!" time and time again on YouTube, but to be shockingly honest. I haven't heard it played on new videos in a long time, it seems to be quite a rare song to find on any video, requiem for a dream seems quite over played in my opinion, but then that is just my opinion. Honestly you should have complained this song about, what? 3-4 years ago when it was allegedly played copiously, complaining about it now makes it seem like you are real late for the party.

Also I understand if you think it's not cool, it's not heavy and that is just FUCKING SUCKS. But imagine if I had said to you "Heavy metal music is completely and absolutely shit! Anyone who likes it is ignorant!" You would probably be as furious as the people you insulted when you said Bodies is a bad song.

That's just my two cents, they're only my opinions, next time, maybe watch what you say.

"Bodies" is ten years old. That's right, this song is a DECADE old. Does that mean it's achieved "Welcome to the Jungle" status as a timeless hype song? If it has, I'm sad to be an American.

Eh, it's one of the only metal songs I can stand but yes it is overplayed.

Personally I think it's a really poor representative of it's own genre. There are better examples, maybe within the band's own catalogue, that by all rights should be just as popular.

The last time I heard this song was at the Senior Bash in high school four years ago. Been quite a while, and even then, I only saw it thrown in to some Hellsing videos.

I barely hear it ever so I don't think it's over played, and eh, it's an alright song.

Eh. It's not terrible but not the best song ever and it gets overused. Also, your poll is too extreme. Wouldn't a simple [Yes/No/I don't know] have sufficed?

Yea, it's overused. However, like many people have said, that doesn't make it a bad song. I quite like it, but I do try my hardest to avoid videos that use it.

You know a song sucks when a parrot can sing it better:

HAHAHAH I am laughing my ass of.

Someone's got to give that parrot a contract for show business.

OT; I don't watch stupid clips on Youtube where that song is overly spammed, soooo... It's been 4 months or so since I last heard it.

Even listened to it again now, and just had to give some minor head-bang.
