And Craig is a legitimate actor, not just an action hero.
Arguing about opinion won't get anyone very far.
As opposed to objective fact, about actors' ability, in a thread entitled "Who is your FAVORITE James Bond?"

Craig was phenomenal in Munich and Yellow Cake (and I'm not referring to the scenes in which he blew shit up and drop-kicked people). Aside from Connery, what other Bond actors have proven themselves as good actors in general? Brosnan? Dalton? I think not, sir!

I cannot really decide who was the best but I can tell you that it is not Daniel Graig and anyone who says that it was is lying!

Time to give TimmyD some love up in this *****
But The Living Daylights and License to Kill were just so bad.

On Her Majesty's Secret Service was the only Bond movie that was worse then those two.

Daniel Craig. He is most like the depiction of Bond in the book: rough like a refined piece of wire wool.

All the rest are the franchise's Bond, too smooth

No they weren't, they were some of the better ones.

I'd put HMSS and the Roger Moore ones as the worst

Roger Moore wasn't all that bad.He was just so over used.

And no matter how much you dislike him.George Lazenby will always be worse.

I have three, but, as I can only vote for one, I chose Brosnan.

My three are Connery, Brosnan, and Craig. Why?

Connery was the original Bond. He single-handedly started the 007 franchise. His movies had him up against the evil organization known as SPECTRE.

I grew up with Brosnan. In fact, GoldenEye (to me, Eye will always be capitalized in GoldenEye) was the first 007 movie I saw, and my very first game (to me, the game will always be referred to as GoldenEye 007). He was the bad-ass Bond.

Craig, because his movies have story. All the other movies have story, but in Craig's, you have to pay attention. His movies are also the only ones directly connected.

And, well, I have a game relating to each of my chosen Bonds (Connery: From Russia with Love, Brosnan: GoldenEye 007, Nightfire, The World is Not Enough, Everything or Nothing, Craig: Quantum of Solace)

Chill man. In MY opinion I don't see him as a Bond. I never said he was bad actor, in fact he's a very good actor. The reason I love Brosnan as Bond is because I grew up with him in that role, so I actually find it hard to watch other Bonds, because they all play the role differently from how I've watched it my whole life.

Brosnan probably... or connery... both were ideal I think, both of them starred in the best films (execpt the last Brosnan one... with the invisable car, can't remember it's name).

I'm not such a fan of Connery as a person, but there's no denying that he was the Bond.

Although I liked Roger Moore, as well.

The most awesome bond actor. Please note that it isn't Daniel Craig's fault that james bond went all sissy and lovey-dovey in his films.
Please, kind sir, do characterize how Bond is in any way a sissy or "lovey-dovey" in Casino Royale or Quantum of Solace. I can't wait to hear it. Is it how he shoots all the people he doesn't have to or how me makes the Frenchman from Munich drink a pint of motor oil? What a friggin sissy :)

Please note that it IS Pierce Brosnan's fault his interpretation of Bond went all sissy.
He was sissy because he got attached to a bond girl, loved her, she dies, and then, worst of all, made a direct sequel where he is STILL whining about it! I'm no sexist, women rock, but bond girls were made to be nothing more than a fun night, a source of information, or an action sidekick for one movie!
Yeah i know he got married in OHMSS but that was the george lazenby one and therefore doesnt count lol. We can all agree that that bond movie was fair gay.

Oh I'm chill, man.

Thank you for admitting your biases. I'm, of course, willing to do the same.

Connery. Craig is a damn good actor, but I just don't see him as James Bond, otherwise I'd pick him.
