Alright, so we've got 7 for Zapp at time of post (1 Amy vote was for Zapp). This should turn out interesting, they've all got their stupidness to them.

None for the Professor so far, but then again, that may be because he's a professor.

Fry's stupid, yes, but he occasionally learns something. Zap doesn't. He's stuck in a perpetual loop of idiocy and inflated ego.

Zoidberg has his moments of intelligence or endearing, and while the Professor's senile he does things like setup jokes about the uncertainty principle, so I don't think he really qualifies for dumb--just crazy. Amy's just ditzy and clumsy.
