This is what I always do, and I'm not going to change that for Starcraft 2. Though I will probably buy it close to launch anyways.

Actually, I lied. Once I did not wait for the review. I didn't wait for the review of Spore, and look how that turned out.

*If Blizzard prove me wrong and release three truly awesome mammoth single player campaigns with intricate plots and flawless gameplay then I might consider buying the three seperately

No, it just looks like a graphically updated version of the first one with maybe a few more units, thats some great innovation for 10 years of planning and work.

I bet i get some stick and a lot of people saying "O no, its more then that" but meh i don't really care for Starcraft, so yeah, feel free to drag me to the mental institution.

Potentially; all the excitement I felt about Starcraft 2 kinda died about 3 years after the original came out (which is before the starcraft 2 project was actually started, ironically). It's just been too long that I've been much more interested in other titles of RTS. It certainly could be a very good game, but I'm not going to be rushing out to buy it on launch day.

So, emphatically, yes. I don't care what the reviews say, Blizzard have delivered me quality games for years now, I don't think they'll stop.
