Ok, two answers to start with:
1) Anyone who doesn't know the worst female pain really needs to chat with one.
2) Putting women isn't fair or true.

Is it an ache, a tear, a rend or a crack? What's the worst pain the male body can take?

[Assuming that each of them lasts the same amount of time]

For added discussion; if you had to describe the pain without referencing the body part (as if it was to someone over the phone), how would you describe it?

well, I've only experienced brain freeze and ball kicks, and I'm going to say brain freeze. Ball kicks don't really seem to hurt, just feel really bad...

I'd describe it as having a frozen goddamn brain.

Out of that list, it would be zipper-related injuries.

*shudders*

Not on that list, getting stung by a wasp(or I think it was a hornet... can't remember) right in the bend of your finger. That is easily the worst pain I've ever endured.

Thats just me though.

I don't think I could describe the pain. It was just... just horrible. I'd catch myself 10 times with the zipper rather then go through that pain again.

From what I've personally experienced, migraines are the worst. Something like a kick to the balls definitely hurts a lot, but it at least fades away quickly. Severe headaches tend to last for awhile and pretty much keep me from doing anything but lying down and moaning. So while they don't hurt the most they cause the most long-term discomfort.

Of course being a complete pansy I haven't experienced much pain. I imagine some of the things on that list feel much worse, but I've never had to deal with some of them.

Only thing on that list to happen to me are migraine, brain freeze and kick to groin and I'm definitely going with kick to groin
Although, the worst pain I've experienced is either tearing the ligaments in my calf or getting my chest/armpit tattooed... nearly cried at that one

It's a pity I didn't have enough room for all the other options: Missing ones include:

Joint shattering
Tooth removal
Nail removal
Chilli juice to the eyes/groin
Broken collarbone

I'm tempted to say nutkicking, but I'm far from qualified to answer at all, so I'll refrain from it.

Danglies in a Zipper.

I don't even want to imagine what that would feel like. I mean it's your JUNK, caught in a CLOSED ZIPPER. >___<

Other. Catheters without anesthetic. Look it up.

Also, getting shot in the fingernail with a powerful airsoft gun. That SUCKS. Ooh, and when, like, you're playing basketball or something, and you go to catch the ball and it hits your figernail and pushes it out of place, so it gets all bruised and whatnot. That fuckin' HURTS.

Seriously, though...Catheters without anesthetic. And yes, I do know from experience.

When you pull too hard on the skin between your thigh and your taint and it basically shreds and burns for a week.

ive experienced soothing called a suicide headache and as the name suggests it supposedly the most painful felling the human body can create
the first time i had one i passed out and i have to have medication to stop them
the feeling been compared to having a nail forced through your temple

also a root canal i had when i was 7 was pretty awful as it took 3 pulls to get the tooth out

Migraines make me want to die.
I'm going to go with them.

Whilst all the others are horrific (though I would say growing pains being the least painful) I think that due to migraines lasting potential hours, disabling your movement at times and vision, they win.

Being hit in the balls is more of a horrible feeling than pain. It just makes you fall to the ground in pain, unable to move.

Saying that, I've never had kidney stones....and hope I never do.

I've never experienced a kick to the reproductive quadrant, so I'm going to go with that time I managed to clip my belt buckle onto Mr. Chap. To this day I still have no idea how I managed to do that.

Kick to the balls, jesus christ it hurt when I first experienced it. Also severely bruising your cocksix isn't much fun at all.

Would it be fair to choose something that has a psychological aspect? I mean like something that doesn't hurt that much, or wouldn't, if it was quick and felt just once, but instead it's permanent? Like always having a burning pain in your arm? It didnt hurt for the first few hours, but after living with it for years the pain becomes unbearable. I don't know, something like that. Then you cant think of anything but that pain, and it slowly breaks you down.

But when it comes to sudden, physical pain, I have to pick something like.. umm... Getting impaled by a large , blunt object would be incredibly painful. Impaled straight through. Still, not dying. Remaining at your senses, so you would feel the pain completely. Uggh. Isch.
