I had an operation which included having my scrotom opened up, then have my testicle pulled out, then the protective sack around the testicle sliced into and removed all the way up to the tube where your sperm goes. The testicle was then sewed up at the tube, then put back inside by sack. My scrotom was then drained of fluid and finally my nut sack was sewed up.

Moral of the story, don't kick people in the balls.

Sure, I was out cold, but that was probably the most painful thing I have ever experienced. A friend of mine was in an accident which caused his nut sack to be split open and i'm pretty sure circumsizion (sp?) is up there with the most painful things.

Hmm, speaking as someone who's suffered through a myriad of breaks, sprains, and is probably due for a kidney stone (I really need to reverse my coffee/water ratio. It's scary), it is a little hard to say.

Though by this point I think the time I sprained my heel ranks up there, if only because I didn't expect that much pain when it happened. I was expecting something along the lines of a twisted/sprained ankle, not feeling like a six-inch railroad spike was shooting up my foot just by putting my foot on the ground while I was getting out of bed. Weight wasn't even applied by that point. Having a crutch slip while and planting my foot out of instinct really wasn't pleasant either. No clue how to describe that beyond Pain-ful.

But it just goes to show that sometimes it's the small parts of the body you don't think of that hurt like damned hell when they're acting up.

Migraines make me want to die.
I'm going to go with them.
I'll second that. On average I only get one of these about once or twice a year, but... the bad ones are actually the only thing in my entire life that have caused me to black out due to pain. And boy, is it ever a mercy when I actually do black out.

The worst I've personally experienced is having bones in my leg break (a non-malignant tumor poking through your femur hurts a lot too), but people I've spoken with say that it's hard to beat getting shot or stabbed. Having your toenails torn off by a clam is also pretty bad (yes, this has happened to me).

Out of that list, it would be zipper-related injuries.

*shudders*

Not on that list, getting stung by a wasp(or I think it was a hornet... can't remember) right in the bend of your finger. That is easily the worst pain I've ever endured.

Thats just me though.

I don't think I could describe the pain. It was just... just horrible. I'd catch myself 10 times with the zipper rather then go through that pain again.
If you ever get stung by a wasp like that again, make a paste out of baking soda and water, apply it to the sting, let it dry, and let it sit until it flakes off. The baking soda neutralizes the acid which causes the pain and swelling. Take it from someone who lives in the woods in Florida, and has to deal with this crap on a daily basis.

OT: On the list, I've had brain freeze, ball kick, and danglies in a zipper. Of those, the ball kick can hurt the worst, but there's a definite continuum between a mild nut check and a complete crushing. I think the worst I've ever had was a golf ball sized, sand filled, soaking wet hacky sack roundhouse kicked straight into my groin. that hurt like hell.

Other.

When a pubic hair starts poking into your urethral opening.
There is no words to describe that pain.
I'd rather be kicked in the nuts...

I'd imagine that really hurts women too though.

Other. Catheters without anesthetic. Look it up.
...No thanks, I think I'll skip that one.

Can't comment on the kick to the groin or zipper accidents, but I did break my toe once on a building site in the morning (collapsing block wall), and then worked for the rest of the day on it. Nothing to be done for broken toes unfortunately.
Wouldn't have been so bad if I caught the damn thing on the shower door that evening.

Heart-ache.. All the rest is just physical pain.

But if it HAS to be physical, I'll go with excessive stomach acid.
When it enters the lowest part of your oesophagus it begins to burn around your heart, or so it feels like. It literally feels like your heart is being burnt by acid. And you can not find a position, or anything that makes it go away. It lessens if you stand or sit, but if you lie down it just begins to burn with a same painful intensity.

I have to take pills every now and then to hold it down, and I cannot eat very fat foods for it will trigger an increase in production..

severe toothache.

It's like a throbbing, burning, stabbing sensation, that lasts for hours or even days, and even painkillers don't really help that much.

Then again, if you have a pain like that, time to visit the dentist. XD

Pain in the head. Migrane, bad headaches, it's all the same. You can't distance yourself from your head; it's the most essential part of you. If you have a broken arm you can easily distance yourself from the entire limb; just don't look at it and you'll be able to cope with the pain. But the brain, never. My worst pain was when I went through my meningitis with the worst headaches you can imagine.

Ok, two answers to start with:
1) Anyone who doesn't know the worst female pain really needs to chat with one.
2) Putting women isn't fair or true.

Is it an ache, a tear, a rend or a crack? What's the worst pain the male body can take?

[Assuming that each of them lasts the same amount of time]

For added discussion; if you had to describe the pain without referencing the body part (as if it was to someone over the phone), how would you describe it?
According to Mr. White, a bullet to the gut is the worst pain a man can feel.

Trying to go to spend a penny (take a piss) with morning glory (an erection) really, really stings..
But as for the most painful.. ever tried impaling your special area on a fence post.. hurt lots, and the worst part was I was struggling to get off for about a minute.. the cuts and bruises were shocking but its generally all right now, however the pain I can still remember as being unchallenged..

Had a pair of ingrown toenails a couple of years ago. Which I kicked repeatedly. FFFFUUUUUUUUUUUU----

Before that, I remember coughing so hard that I cracked my ribs. I woke up at 3:00am at one point due to the sheer pain.

And before that, I remember elbowing a glass and slicing my arm open (long story). I had an anaesthetic injection into the open wound. Fuck me...

I will definitely keep that in mind.
