wierd poll is wierd with current thread headline... I mean: "Would your partner's sexuality bother you?" and then "yes, I see nothing wrong with it"... wait what? So if I vote that, I think it's wrong, yet still see nothing wrong with it? *dumb confused look*

Anyway! I see nothing wrong with bisexuals as long as they stay faithful to one person at a time. And if anyone decides to be a two-timer, then I hope they suffer a fate like Makoto from "School Days" (anime). I freakin' hate people who cheat on their partners...

Oh and for my vote? Maybe, I'd have to think about it

Thank you Julian, for having an asexual/nonsexual option :3
That covers me nicely :3
You are welcome and of course I was thinking just of you when making that poll ^_^

Who says I wasn't? I'm a considerate person....stop staring...

>_>
Thank you :3 Awww, doing it just for me :3
Like when a friend made a vid, made a thread, then posted the vid on his thread, and mentioned me at the end :3
Of course, that was slightly scary...
*Stops staring as requested*

Wow, 14 people (as of this time) actually think homosexuality is wrong. I didn't think the escapist was a place for bigotry.

Of course I'd date someone who was bisexual. It seems like a silly question to ask, though sadly, I don't doubt that there are heaps of people out there that would not date bisexual people, maybe even more than the people who would.

I'm bisexual, and I'm very pleased with the results of the poll so far. I had expected far worse from this community, and I'm very impressed. It's nice to know I don't disgust most people right from the get-go.

Obviously, I'm okay with bisexuals. I'm also perfectly fine with gay's, or whatever other orientation some has. There's no point in hating someone for something as natural as skin color (whoop, jinxed it).

I actually dated another bisexual man for a time, and he told me that as long as we're together he might as well be gay because he'll only have eyes for me. That kinda throws a wrench into most established bi-stereotypes doesn't it?

No. Not because there is anything wrong with it but because I wouldn't like the thought of having to compete with both sexes. Also, I wouldn't be able to cover my partners interests fully. I wouldn't like it.

Of course it wouldn't bother me, the important thing is that they're faithful, them being bisexual would have nothing to do with that. You'd be pretty close minded to think all bisexuals are promiscuous or whatever.

Also, if a girl was hitting on my girlfriend I wouldn't be that jealous.
I think it's kinda hot.

[small]Woo, double standards. -.-[/small]

Yeah, that stereotype always bothers me. It's like saying all gay men are camp, or all straight guys love sports and are emotionally stunted.

It's just another bloody annoying stereotype.

Hell yeah. I'm bi as well, with slight preference for women. More of a pansexual, really, if you're going to get all philosophical about it.

Haven't dated a bisexual yet, though.

Well I can understand why they don't think homosexuality is ok, it isn't normal and it stops us from breeding which is like the thing that everyone should do, to replace themselves after they die.

Though the planet is overpopulated so homosexuality is maybe a good thing :]

As long as she's loyal, who cares.
True that. I mean, she's dating YOU right? That means she fancies you, isn't that enough?

Even still, I can only think up one response to dating a bisexual girl:

"Hot..."

Tree-some, awaaay!!!

Since the majority of this forum is made up of males* and most men enjoy the idea of two women together*, it must have been obvious where this poll was going to go.

In a less general, sweeping statement sense, if you like/love someone enough, it shouldnt matter what their sexual past is (appart from being clean and healthy).

*(sweeping statement may not actually be true)

I did date a bisexual once, and it was lovely.

I see nothing wrong with someone liking both sexes, whatever floats your boat. As long as they didn't see their sexuality as a free pass for cheating, then it wouldn't matter.

Although it's moot point seeing as I'm married, if the opportunity came up before I was, I wouldn't say no if I was interested.
