I did not foregt Driveclub. I'm afraid that I don't care about Driveclub. Seems too much up the NFS alley to be for me.

Edit: When I said "good racing game" I meant simcades or simulations e.g. for PC I'm waiting for Assetto Corsa and I'm part of pCARS.
For consoles that translated mostly to buying FM and GT. The only arcade I enjoyed was PGR2. Since then they felt kinda flat to me.
I hoped Driveclub would be different but like I said seems to be too much NFS...

Wait, I still need some clarification: Is MGSV exclusive to Xbone, or is this an example of the (confirmed, as far as I know) rumour that Microsoft paid off developers to show some multiplatform games only for their console at E3?

I absolutely can't see Konami giving Sony the shaft after their consoles made MGS a household name.

Same goes for Insomniac's Sunset Overdrive, they can't really be throwing two fingers up at Sony after such a long track record of exclusives, can they?

Either way though, Kingdom Hearts III is on PS4, so if I was planning to get either of the consoles (I'm not) then it'd be the PS4.
KH3 and FFXV are coming to both consoles.

Fair enough, but even when it comes to multi-platform titles I'd rather get them for a Sony console over a Microsoft one, anyway.

Xbone has pretty much zero to offer me, and I'm pretty relieved about that.

KH3 would be the only thing making buy a PS4 if it was an exclusive. I'm glad I got my Xbone on amazon before they sold out yesterday.

PS4. The Xbox's exclusives were mostly shooters, and as much I like Titanfall (it actually looks like it has an emphasis on movement, which is fucking amazing there were FUCKING DOUBLE JUMPS AND GUNDAMS ASDFASDFSDFASD), it's coming to the PC later.

The PS4 exclusives were just more varied. I mean, shit, Killzone was colourful. KILLZONE was COLOURFUL.

Plus, the PS4 just looked like it had a lot of promising indie hotness.

I personally haven't seen anything that's made me super sad/upset, but I know..I know they'll be something.
Maybe the new Dragons Dogma....

...oh god that hurts. ;-;

But yeah I'm fully expecting the Xbox One to get exclusivity on most of the big franchises. Publishers are going to love the console, and they will be much more willing to go with a console that gives them so many benefits.

I'm bracing myself for the worst, cause I know it's pretty much coming.
I really hope you're wrong, but I know you're probably right. My hope is that, should Xbox fail hard enough, some of their exclusives will eventually find their way to the PS3. It happened with Sony last generation. Of course, there will still be Microsofts in house games that will always be exclusive, but I suppose a person can't have everything.

Neither showed any exclusives that made me think that I need that console. I am interested in the new InFamous, however, since I liked the last two games.

Really, the only thing I see myself getting an Xbox One for is Halo 5, plus the whole Halo TV series thing. The only thing I worry about the Halo TV series is that Spielberg tends to throw a ton of money at projects he works on, but if they only receive modest ratings, he abandons it like it's a sinking ship. Example: Terra Nova, traveling to alternate past universe during the time of the dinosaurs, conspiracies and intrigue and whatnot, what is not to love. But considering that millions were dumped into the show, the first sign of just okay ratings, they all jumped ship, making it become yet another good show that was getting better that ended canceled and ended on a cliffhanger with a ton of questions.

But really, I don't see myself getting a Xbox One till I already have a PS4, Wii U, 3DS, and a good PC, so it will be some time before I if at all get one. Though as I said in other threads, the stuff that Microsoft is doing with Xbox One doesn't effect me, because:

1.) I don't buy used games.
2.) My internet connection is perfectly fine.
3.) I'm actually a little interested in using a Kinect(since it has been improved).
4.) I'm not a paranoid person who thinks that Kinect 2.0 will be spying on him.
5.) Also, I do a good bit of TV and movie watching, and since I don't have a fancy smart TV, I'm a little interested in all the Xbox One TV stuff.

My problem for this next generation is money. Really, unless I win the lottery, it's probably going to take a good four to five years for me to get most of the things I want out of this next generation.

I'm going to vote WiiU for X, The Wonderful 101 and Bayonetta 2. Otherwise PS4 wins with FF15 since that is the only game in from both Sony and Microsoft that I'm interested in.
FFXV isn't the only Microny game I'm interested in, but I gotta agree that the Wii U is getting the best exclusives right now.

Plsu, I know there'll be a new Zelda one day and I can't not-buy a Zelda game. I just can't.

I say ps4. Infamous looks amazing and I want it really badly. Also, the only good thing for XB1 is the Roman game, but I can live without that.

I think SONY won for exclusives more on the breadth of theirs. For the past few years most of MS's exclusives seem to fall within a very narrow style of gaming. Halo, Gears of War, etc. I saw nothing here that deviated from that. SONY's strategy has been a bit more varied. They tap into a broader mix of genres, which means I am more likely to find something I like among them.

I wasn't sold on Infamous Second Son until I saw the actual gameplay demo, that game looks bananas. The first Infamous was the first game I got for my PS3 and it was pretty good, I loved the second one, which I only played because of Playstation Plus, I platinumed both, that game was the one of the most impressive exclusives to me.

As far as other exclusives, Project Spark was the most refreshing. but I know realistically I probably wouldn't play it. Microsoft has that Insomniac game, Sunset Overdrive, that interests me as well, but there was no gameplay or even idea of exactly what it entails. You can't forget Dead Rising 3 and that Panzer Dragoon game (Crimson Dragon I think) but those interest me WAY less than the multiplatform offerings, and Sony's indie offerings were very impressive also.

My answer I guess goes on investing in the future. You know there will be a new Halo, Gears and more Forza down the line. But you can probably bet on more from Sony's (in my opinion) owned studios: Naughty Dog, Santa Monica, MEDIA MOLECULE, Polyphony Digital, Sucker Punch, Japan Studio, etc, and thats not even half.

So for what was SHOWN: both companies were impressive, with even a slight nod to MS when it comes to the AAA showings, but factoring in everything else, Sony's momentum couldn't be much higher, and that includes in the exclusives camp.

Well Xbone had Killer Instinct so it wins the exclusives despite the fact it looks mediocre and is being developed by a company with a track record in poor games (double helix).
Let's not forget is free-to-play with only one character actually being free. Microsoft can't even get that much right.
Apparently not instead they are going the DOA5U route where you can play a free version with one character (DOA5 has 4) online and off but then you have to pay for others OR you can just wait and get the full retail at a flat rate which is what I suspect a lot of people will do.

I still wont get an Xbone though its not about the games anymore for Microsoft its about them needing to fix their shitty business practices and that isnt going to happen so no Killer Instinct for me unfortunately unless its ported to another system.

Also they still havent said how they are going to make KI work at tournaments thanks to the limitations of the Xbone although apparently they are aiming at tournament viability.

Games not out yet it could turn out to be shit I hope not though even though I probably will never get to play it I still like Killer Instinct now wheres that Darkstalkers 4.

Xb1. Just. Dead Rising is more interesting to me than Infamous and it has Quantum Break which comes in a distant third. Nothing else is really on my radar. WiiU is currently demolishing both of them but it does run the disadvantage that it won't run any of the big games that come to both consoles, and I wouldn't expect them to release anything after The Wonderful 101 and Bayonetta 2 other than the usual suspects.

Personally I'd be more interested in the PS4 since as a PC gamer all of the Xbone ones I'm interested in are making an appearance on the PC.

I don't get this, Sony barely posted games, you guys should worry about the freezing issueL http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sd3DY7bjSao
The console (and game, for that matter) is still in development, saying people should be worried about that is kinda like saying you should worry about getting salmonella because chicken isn't cooked before it gets cooked.

Also: Sony announced most of their exclusives at their reveal so they don't have too much more to say besides marketing their console and revealing new info about games we already know exist.

I didn't pay a lot of attention to the reveals, but the only exclusive that caught my attention was DeadRising 3. And even that wasn't the most exciting thing there.
Mirror's Edge 2 and Kingdom Hearts 3 are the only games that really interested me, and since those aren't exclusives, I guess the Xbone just kinda wins by default for me. Still getting a PS4 though.

Sunset Overdrive, Ryse and Spark vs... Knack? Killzone? Infamous? XO exlusives look far better. That said, most good gamse will be multiplatform so I'll still be getting a PS4.

Honestly there was nothing that stood out to me. Everything I saw was just explosions and action and epic music and camera panning to show off technical prowess.

Whoop de fucking doo. I'll wait for some live commentary reviews/let's plays before I give a crap.

The PS4 has Planetside 2 for $5 a month, not as good a deal as PC but destroys anything Msoft had to offer shooter wise.
Actually, Yoshida confirmed after the conference that F2P MMOs and few publisher-chosen other titles will not require PS+ for multiplayer

Whenever i see a game, like it, google it up and find out its not available on PC, 90% of the time its a PS3 exclusive. ANd they continue this trend.

COnsoles are already out of developement and in mass production. it woudl be crazy-late for them to still be developing it for things as crucial as such freezes. the games i agree, they are still in developement. then again msot games nowaday release in such stage anyway and we have to be the free Q&A for them.
