Or, Put him in a sealed (welded shut) basement and put a revolver with one bullet 5 feet away from where he is cuffed to the floor. I would hand him a hacksaw. He could either shoot himself, or he could shoot the pit bull that will attack when he cuts through his foot because he thinks escape is possible.

But seriously, what would killing him achieve? It won't change what happened, it'll just make you the same as him. I can understand killing him to stop him from doing it to others, but I doubt I'd take any great pleasure in it, or that I'd prolong his death.

It just seems a bit pointless.

I would probably find a way to impale him through the stomach into the wall with some kind of metal pole, then pistol whip him a few times while saying shit to the effect of "you shouldn't have fucked with me" and then finish him off in an extremely over the top awesome manner.
