I doubt I'd ever go to the extreme of "meet my demands, world, or be destroyed!" Mainly 'cause my demands would be political ones. But lessee..

First, I want the United States to close down Fox News. Nothing good ever comes out of that station. Second, I'd demand my home country to nullify the current immigration laws, as well as have them spread out the worst ghettos of the major cities to various smaller communities.
I would demand that North Korea get rid of their dictatorship, and have them ally with South Korea to move the country's future forwards.
Oh, and I'd demand of the US that they make an addendum to their constitution, which states that religion is in no way similar to science, and have them forcefully shut down all "theological research and science" centers.

First, though, I'd have my American friends brought to live near me in my country, be given enough money and priveleges to be able to coast for the next 60-70 years aaaaand.. a private jet.

Including police emt firefighters, and all branches of the military. All cod and bad company players that have been found with hacks on their computer will be sent to a special camp to be dealt with... by ME (God i hate all of you bastards) child molesters and rapists that are convicted will be put to death by giant frying pan. And all convicted robbers, murderers and generall unlikeable crime causing scum will be set inside a maximum security facility on an island in the pacific. there will be no rules or otherwise, the high walls will be guarded by me attack bears, and the water surrounding the island by a navy task force. Prisoners will be inserted by zipline because no doors will be implemented in the prisons design.
