Only bums and little kids would take the money.
I'd return it just because I know what it's like losing your wallet with everything in it. I one time returned a wallet with about $600 and the guy gave me $40 just for returning it. Also you don't feel like a douche taking someones money.

If it's a nice wallet then I will just post their cards back to whatever address is on any of the cards, but if the wallet isn't very good I will post that back too I guess. The money is all mine though.

I'd return it to wherever I found it, like to the bus driver if on the bus or something.
Put yourself in the other persons shoes, you wouldn't want someone to nick it, so I wouldn't steal anything from it because I know that would piss me off.

I'd see if there was a way to contact the owner or at the very least find out who the owner is.
If there's nothing like that, I'd just keep the money inside. More than likely the owner won't find it if I just let it stay there anyways.

I woud take the money and leave the drivers liecence and the credit card...I mean,come on,im a unemployed teenager...I need money man!
I return loads of things to people and I never got a good karma reward, namely someone's touch screen phone back when they were like the thing that no one had, someone's counterpart to their drivers license someone's wallet without removing the money and some more stuff, so now I just take the money if I find one then hand it in, I know that it's harsh but other people ruined it for them
