Just as the sun rotates around the earth, everyone likes cheese. But there are so many kinds, everyone needs a favourite.

I love smoked cheese, it's great and perfect with a ham sandwich.

But what's your favourite?

I actually dislike most cheeses, save for parmeasan.

I like Cheddar but I probably prefer Wensleydale or Double Gloucester. Grilled Haloumi is pretty nice too.

Cheddar, definitely. I swear that blue cheese is made from vomit.

Brie is nice and goes great on bread. It isn't too bad melted either. The problem is that it isnt very flexible (can't use it on pizza or a sandwich) and you get tired of the taste after a while.

Maaslander. Lovely young mild Dutch cheese. I hate cheese that falls apart when you try to eat it and tastes like you've taken a sip of coke along with it.

That said, I prefer feta for salads and parmesan for pasta.
