Ah, Diablo 2. Good times, eh?

Well, I recently started playing again.

I wondered what everyone's favorite class was...and if you could, please post the varient. (Zealadin, Fire Sorc, Javazon, etc.)

I like a nice Cold Sorc myself. Always liked Ice Magic. In any game, really.

Paladins. Zealots, chargers, FoHs. But I think Zealots with Shaepher's Hammer (not sure if I wrote it right) or Oath in a flail (Very Fast Attack Speed) is full win.

I only really played each class till lvl 25ish. But I loved the druid, a werewolf, throwing fireballs backed up with an army of rabid wolves? Hell yeah. I remember me and my mates went through a stage of just playing like 4 of each class, druid and necro were the shiz.

I did the same. I tried everything before settling on a Sorceress as my chosen main character. Well, everything but a Barbarian.

i used to play this game non stop on single player. me and a few friends would have LAN group sessions. lived too far out in the boons to get a good connection speed for battlenet.

the sorc (cold/light) and the assassin were always good times. i remember when we found out the players 8 code existed...talk about crazy experience.

stopped playing when 1.10 patch came into effect. once in awhile i will reinstall and install 1.09....probably should try the game with the newest patches to see what has changed.

Assassin was awesome, especially the charge-ups and the traps. So she's my favorite.
Necro is a close second, though. Can't argue with hordes of undead.

Necromancer all the way. I love summoning the familiars. (Sorry I haven't played in a while and I forgot what type of magic that is.)

Well, thats not going to matter if you play single player and ignore the patch.

Though I'm not sure about D3... the Barb was fun, but the Wizard kicked ass too...
