I do enjoy siege tanks laying waste to any attempting to penetrate my turtled defense hehe. But for attack, err i guess marauders with concussive shells (Y)
The Void Ray.
In my opinion, the most versatile unit in the game (once you get the flux vanes upgrade), you can have a fleet of flying death machines anywhere in no time. They hit hard, move fast, have reasonable HP/shields, don't get hit by ground attack only units (which are usually the most powerful) and once you get to the third firing stage, almost nothing can stop you from destroying everything.

My favorite unit would be Kerrigan. I played as her on a hero seige map.

Viking! Air superiority is everything in TvT tank battles, they roll over colossi and you better damn well have some if Broodlords are rolling your base, else its GG.
And come on they transform, what's not to love? More than once I've had a couple of vikings left after a battle infront my enemies base, flown them in, transformed and trashed everything before he could rebuild.

Terran Infantry all the way. Marines and Reapers first, Ghosts come in second simply because they don't kick in the door and shoot your face off like the other two. Stealth has it's uses, but kicking peoples doors in and blowing them away is the most fun.

But if we're talking about campaign units I have to go with marauders. Just stick 4 marauders into the back of a mass of marines and medics, a click the marines into the middle of the base, queue up the buildings for the marauders and watch the enemies base get taken apart.
