EX Death was from FF5, and the developers even said that if you master him, he's near unbeatable. Squall is a pretty damn good fighter when it comes to just raping his opponents brave points (number above health) but his HP game sucks if you don't know good combo links and timing. These vids are easy to take seeing as the game allows you to save a replay of your match after every fight. If you got a PSP then go ahead and try it, or wait for the upcoming sequel some time in 2011, it's got assists!! (tag team) and more fighters.Gigaguy64 said:
Oh and EX Death is a blast to play as...once you're actually GOOD with him. He's the hardest character to use and for good reason, you'll spend your first dozen hours hating him until you get down the basics and TIMING. And he beceoms even MORE amazing when you know how to RP cancel, dummy block, and master the almighty omni-block (the gold sphere block).
I would love to play TvC but alas I lack a wii. If I ever got one, I'd have picked it up in a second.

Easily one of the best characters in the game, his reach, ATK, and HP are all amazing.

TvC really is a amazing fighting game.
It reminds me so much of the first Marvel VS Capcom.
Even in competitions the atmosphere of the game is just to have fun.

nah, I kid. But honestly, the ONLY DBZ fighting game that I thought was worth a damn might be Budokai 3, and that's about it. The rest of the games were just riddled with poor balance and rather uninteresting decision making.
Myself, I lean heavily towards Tekken and SF series, but I would play just about any fighting game that I can find people to play with. KOF I never touched because I just never had the environment to pick them up. (Plus, the character design really doesn't appeal to me)
I would love to pick up the arc sys games but again, nobody to play with.
VF I used to play a lot back in the day of VF4:Evo. I played mostly Akira and Aoi.
SC I only played single player since I had no one around me who played it. I play Mitsurugi mostly. Sometimes I might try for Xianghua. I haven't touched the game since 3 though.
MK I just never liked after it went all 3D.
And I really wanted to like DoA. I really did. But for some reason, I just hated it. The system was actually incredibly simple to pick up, but for some reason, the counter system just didn't feel quite right. I think it's my Tekken pedigree messing with me. Just never got used to how good counters were.
I don't think I've ever tried blood roar. I should remedy that someday. Maybe. Time is a precious commodity right now.

Also, adding more points to why I like Street Fighter the most. I just love their character designs, and no major offense to the Tekken, KoF, or DoA lovers, but the "straight up" 3D fighting game designs just come off as incredibly bland and boring to me.
Also, Street Fighter has created one of the most imaginative and all around greatest character design I have seen in a fighting game to date, with Hakan.
Who wouldn't want to be a bright red, blue-ish haired, oiled up Turkish wrestler???...

Street Fighter, partly the aesthetic, partly the tight controls, partly the fact that it's the only one I've ever played.

My fighting games are in this order:
Tekken
DBZ budakai tenkaichi 2 (most complicated fighting game ever)
DOA
Soul Cal
Super Smash Bros(all of them)
then any other 2d fighting game. I don't care for them too much.
Dragon Ball: Budokai 3. None of that Tenkaichi shit. 3 is the best fighting game I have ever played. Ever. Graphics? Beautiful. Gameplay? Fast, furious, fun. Controls? Easy to learn, hard to master. Music? Outstanding. Character Roster? Damn near every DBZ character from the original Dragon Ball to the beginning of GT, just without the Pan. Plus, it helps that you can do this:
