Unless you count me jumping into the new generation of games with a 250GB PS3, than it would the God of War III Ultimate Addition. I don't technically OWN any of the games, just played and loved the ones my friends let me borrow, but to a point that when I got my PS3, my justification was that it was for mainly God of War III, so to say that and NOT spend $90 (10% of from my work, boo yah!) on it was just crazy...though I happen to be moving out and living on my own and have to pay rent and bills, but pshh. As long as I can play God of War III and beat it, I can die a homeless man happy ^^

Little Big Planet DLC. I can already dress Sackboy up to look like anything.. Do I really need more DLC?

Honestly, I hardly ever play that game anymore, but whenever I see interesting costumes pop up... I buy them and then play the game for maybe 10 minutes. What a waste..

Spent ~$500 to completely overhaul (CPU, Mobo, RAM, GPU) my PC over holiday about 2 years back. It was my first build so I didn't know much at the time. Looking back, I probably should have spent less on the RAM and bought Crucial instead. Could have used the leftover money to get slightly better graphics card.

Oh well, hindsight is always 20/20.
Yea the Graphics card is where you want to put your money. Everything else is pretty much just brag :)

I'm going to say, at least the most expensive, was my collector's edition of RE5. At least I still use the "messenger bag" it came with.

Otherwise my most "guilt-ridden gaming purchase," was buying Starfox Adventures on the day it was released... at full price. Why? Because it was Rare's last game on a Nintendo console. STUPID.
I was unfortunate enough to have borrowed Starfox A game once. It was ET bad.

RE5 was a hoot, other than the spending of a good hour trying to figure out how to activate Split-Screen coop.

Halo Special Edition everything
Every art book, every guide, even the plastic helmet.

Or possibly the Samsun LED TV I'm going to buy in a few weeks time...

Artificial Girl 3. I do not like porn and yet I do like porn, I feel bad every time I play it. Why is that? I have been working hard to control my hormones to the point of taking estrogen (ie. chemical castration).

I bought a Wii close to original release and loved it.

Until I realised that no good games were going to come out for it, no matter how long I waited.

So I wiped the dust off it and sold that piece of shit.

I am a poor college student and I decided to use money for gaming instead of food. I felt really guilty. But the game was literally $2!

Pokemon Battle Revolution.

I'm guilty of thinking Genius Sonority would magically know how to make a stadium-based Pokemon game after its two previous failures.

Nintendogs would be a close second, but I don't feel as guilty about the purchase as much as I feel guilty my puppies have gone unfed and unloved for well over four years. I'm afraid to pop it back in and see what's happened to them. XD

Also, any used game purchase I've ever made several years after the release of the original game. I always feel bad when I let games slip past me when they're new and relevant.

Side Note: I like my Wii. I only don't like how many games I allowed to go by me while playing WoW. Only since I've been guildless and have had no real desire to do anything there have I started catching up.
