Prototypes: Super Hero RP (Finished)

[Sparrow]

Sparrow, always trustworthy of Samuel's words, felt uneasy.

"Crap. Well, as long as it's not--"

Sarah bumped into Sparrow, and in his weakened state, knocked him to the floor.

"Sarah..."

Sparrow mouthed something under his breath, which only Samuel heard.

"Well, as long as--"

Iceous, or at least what looked like Iceous, bounded round the corner.

"Oh, COME ON!"

 

[Dorian]

"You killed her!!! You fucking killed her, you *****!!! I'll kill you for that!!!"

He brought his blades together to form a rough spear, preparing to make contact with Sarah.

Sarah ran towards Sparrow and Samuel. Tears filled her eyes. Even though she had not trusted them before now she was just glad to see them. She bumped into Sparrow, knocking him onto the ground. She hugged him tightly.

"Sparrow. I'm glad to see you." The tears fell from her eyes. "I've missed the both of you so much. I know that you said that we shouldn't see each other but I'm glad that I've found the both of you."

Sarah turned and saw Iceous rushing towards her. He seemed angry, very angry.

 

[Sparrow]

Rather taken aback once more by the current events, Sparrow was unsure how to react. Iceous, who seemed rather off edge for once rushed blindly at them. Instinct took over, and Sparrow rose up, and switched Sarah to his side. He extended a rather larger blade down his right arm to block Iceous's attack, which caused pain to sear through his arm.

"Iceous," Sparrow said through clenched teeth, "I always knew you were a prick, but hitting girls is a step too far."

 

[Dorian]

He was only dimly aware of Sparrow's presence. Only blood would sate his feral rage.

"Stay out of this! Debt's must be payed! Blood for blood!"

Iceous smacked the blunt of his blade across Sparrow's head.

"She killed Sarah!"

He shot a spray of icicles towards her.

When the icicles cam towards Sarah she instinctively cover her bodies in flames. The flames were the normal orange color. It had been years since she had covered her entire body in flames.

"What the hell are you talking about Iceous? I didn't kill anyone! Why are you trying to kill me?!"

 

[Dorian]

"You and your lust for fire! Only you could have caused that explosion! That DAMNED blast wave shattered Sarah!" His voice grew ominously calm. "That was the worst thing you could have done. I've had to make my own family. Taking that away from me is not a good idea."

Iceous swept his arm behind him and a wave of ice blocked them from Sparrow. His right arm morphed a sword while his left turned into a shield. He took a few steps towards Sarah before jumping upwards and bringing his blade down upon her.

 

[Sparrow]

Sparrow grabbed his head, as blood poured down his face. Iceous really knocked him for six, and it really hurt. He got up to fight back, but Iceous and Sarah were already deep in battle.

"Only you could have caused that explosion!"

Samuel tried to react when Iceous beared down on Sarah, but an ice wave knocked both him and Sparrow back. However, Sparrow was ready for it to hit, but Samuel was knocked off balance due to his leg. Iceous went to attack a helpless Sarah, who he'd pinned to the floor, but Sparrow was quick to intervene.

"I caused that explosion, nobody else."

Samuel looked at Sparrow, and he winked back.

 

[SamuelT]

Samuel stumbed due to the blast. The masses of people around them saw what was happening, and were all running away. A small boy stood a few feet behind him, staring at them awestruck. He told the boy to run and limped back to the others, hearing Sparrow's last sentance. He winked.

Samuel didn't really know what Sparrow was planning, but he'd play along. He went to Sparrow's side and immersed himself in his anomaly. He would be ready to strike.

Sarah was beginning to panic. Iceous, whom she had seen in five years, was trying to kill her. The flame flickered then turned blue. She knew that if the heat got hot enough then Iceous would become weakened.

Sparrow took the blame for the explosion.

"What? Why did you do that?"

 

[Dorian]

[The ninja's have attacked me much as well, Sam.]

Iceous stopped dead in his tracks. He turned his head around with such slowness you could ACTUALLY hear his neck cracking. "YOU DID THIS?!?" Even with his helmet on, it was quite obvious his face was twisted with even more rage. He stood up, turned around, and splintered the wave. The grip on his power was reaching dangerous levels, even to the point the surface of his armor was rippling and forming little shapes.

With a sudden burst of speed, Iceous was right in Sparrow's face. "I hope you know I'm not holding anything back right now. It's go time."

The sword jabbed forward, its path straight for his heart.

 

[SamuelT]

[...Stupid ninja's]

Samuel broke the swords as it moved forward. Hundreds of splinters fell to the ground, and Iceous hit Sparrow with his bare hand. Then Samuel pushed him back, making him hit the wall of the restaurant.

"Iceous, you won't attack any of us. Listen, for once in your life."

[*Shurikan through heart.*]

NINJA'D!!

Sarah was helpless to stop Iceous. Samuel had managed to somehow stop Iceous and yelled at him to listen.

Sarah slowly stood up, the blue flame still engulfing her body. She walked over hesitantly to the group.

"Iceous, please listen, whatever happened they didn't mean it. It was an accident."

 

[Sparrow]

"No. We meant it."

Samuel stood firm, as Sparrow reached into his pocket and pulled out his Vicodin.

"We have a good reason, but it was no accident."

Sparrow tossed one of the pills into his mouth, and streched his arm. The pain slowly died down as the vicodin made it's way through his system.

 

[Dorian]

Samuel was here as well. Obviously. Nothing else could have destroyed ice that hard so easily.

"Listen?!? Listen to you, his partner-in-crime? All that's happened to me since this whole thing is pain and hurt! Nothing but loss! I'll either avenge Sarah, or die trying!" His voice yet again went calm. "And if you escape, I'll make it my life's work to kill you."

Iceous's eyes glowed a bright blue. All the excess ice and water nearby started to merge into a single being. It was the largest being he'd ever made. An ice-tiger as big a car bared its fangs in defense.

"Sic 'em."

Sarah stepped in front of Samuel and Sparrow. The flames turned white and the tiger instantly melted away.

"It may not have been an accident but I'm sure that they didn't mean to kill whatever it is your talking about."

The heat was beginning to rise and the surrounding water began to evaporate.

 

[Dorian]

His voice dropped to a low murmur. "Sarah was my ice-cat. She was one of the 5 things that have kept me sane for the last 5 years. So help me God, there's Hell to pay."

Iceous pushed all of his power into a beam and shot it at Sparrow. He was frozen in a nice shell, incapable of movement. "Sarah. Get too close to me and I die. I don't handle the heat well anymore, remember?"

 

[Sparrow]

Sparrow murmered something, probally along the lines of oh for god sake, as Iceous encased him with ice. Strangely enough, he could still talk to a certain extent.

"Oh, well that was just uncalled for."

 

[SamuelT]

Samuel let the ice dissapear. Iceous wasn't going to stop acting like this any time soon.

"Well, your cat didn't do a very good job, Frosty. You're clearly still insane." Samuel said.

He dropped his cane and let himself float above them. He joined his own arms with concrete strings, letting them harden.

"If you want to fight, let's make in an even fight, shall we?"

"No. No one is fighting."

Sarah turned to Iceous. A stern look on her face she spoke. "I know that extreme heat kills you. So don't make me hurt you then. Back down and I'll do the same. I'm sorry for your loss but killing someone isn't a smart idea."
