Prototypes: Super Hero RP (Finished)

[Sparrow]

Sparrow laughed, as a stray bullet missed Doc's head.

"Heh, good plan.", Sparrow said, though slightly strangulated, "Won't work though. Your a standing target. Your surrounded."

Doc looked left, then right at the Prototypes.

"Samuel. Drop him. Iceous, head for the gi-"

Sparrow stopped mid-sentance, as Doc hit him in the chest.

"Pah, you punch like a girl."

 

[Doc Theta Sigma]

Doc turned his head away as the energy bolt flew over his head and missed him completely. He stared back at the group calmly and saw a scientist holding a device.

"Well... I warned you what would happen!" Doc shouted as he began tightening his grip on Sparrow's throat.

Sarah, without hesitation, ran towards Doc and punched him in the uninjured side of his face.

"I said put him down!!"

 

[SamuelT]

Samuel decided that he should act now, not only observe how Doc had changed. He pulled the two men away from each other, releasing Sparrow from Doc's grip. Doc was slightly less suseptible to manipulation than the avarage human. Sarah surprised him by running up to Doc and hitting him in the face.

Then Samuel tried to keep Doc at bay with pieces of rubble, letting them swerve and fly around and towards him. He hoped that he would 'slide' away from them.

 

[Doc Theta Sigma]

Doc swatted the pieces of rubble out of the air as Samuel made them fly towards him. Looking around he saw the scientist a fair distance away trying to correct her aim. He couldn't leave. The other Prototype was too valuable to him. Looking around once more he saw Sarah, burning uncontrollably. Smirking, he sank back into the ground and rose in the shadows Sarah was casting behind her. Without hesitation he kicked her in the back, knocking her onto her front. Walking forward he placed a foot on her back and began applying pressure, causing her to cry out in pain.

"You have two choices. One, you let me and our new friend go or two, I snap her back like a dry reed" Doc snarled.

Sarah's flames can't harm Doc in his shadow form since he's partially intangible

 

[Sparrow]

Sparrow hit the floor, but instantly regained his footing as his span round. He hopped up, and inadvertently avoided the rubble Samuel was throwing at Doc.

"Cheers for the save!", Sparrow shouted to Samuel and Sarah.

However, he turned to see Doc cornering Sarah, and applying pressure to her neck.

"Nobody fucking move!"

Sparrow shifted his whole body into diamond, much to everyone's shock.

"Let her go Doc. You want me, don't you?!"

Sarah struggled to get free from Doc's hold. She tried and tried, but to no avail. He was much stronger than her, and her flames couldn't hurt him in the state that he was in.

Sarah drew the flames back until the disappeared. "Don't let them go!!"

Sarah looked at Sparrow, who had transformed into a diamond state. "Don't let him get away Sparrow!"

 

[Dorian]

Iceous looked at Sparrow. He shook his head in dismay.

"The fool is going to kill himself at this rate."

 

[Doc Theta Sigma]

"I don't want you Sparrow. I simply want to go on my way with her" Doc said, pointing at the girl in the back of the ambulance who was watching.

He applied slightly more pressure, earning another agonized wail from Sarah.

Sarah screamed in pain. She closed her eyes shut and tightened her fist. The pain was unbearable.

She spoke to the others. "Don't let him go..."

 

[Sparrow]

Sparrow panicked. He couldn't react.

"Alright. Alright."

Sparrow let his body return to it's normal state, as he raised his hands in the air, and signalled for the other's to do the same.

"Take the damn ambulance. Take the girl."

Sparrow eyed Doc.

"But if you hurt Sarah, that ambulance goes up in flames. Are we clear?"

 

[Doc Theta Sigma]

Doc reeled backwards as the bolt struck him. He felt weak and his powers faded... Looking around he saw the scientist. It was her. Dropping onto one knee he flickered between his shadow and normal forms. Concentrating, he managed to shift back into his shadow form and stand up again. But only barely. He couldn't take another hit from that device. Walking across towards the ambulance he clambered into the back.

"If Samuel could fix the tyres that would be grand" Doc said, before closing the doors and heading back inside.

 

[Sparrow]

Sparrow sighed. He walked over to Sarah, and held her neck.

"Thank god. Nothing's broke."

Samuel seemed confused as to how to act.

"Do it. He held up his end of the bargain. I don't want to see what I can do to the other side of his face."

Sarah laid on the floor as Sparrow walked over to her. Nothing was broken, but the pressure that was applied to her back was still causing her pain. She slowly stood up, with Sparrow's help, and looked at the ambulance.

"I'm sorry."

 

[Sparrow]

"Be quiet!", Sparrow shouted, "It's your damn fault she even exists. You have NO say in what we do!"

Sparrow checked Sarah's body for any injuries, as Samuel re-inflated the tires. Iceous stood over Sparrow, and patted him on the back.

"Don't worry Sarah, we got you."

 

[Dorian]

"We have bigger problems, lady."

He looked at Sparrow. "He's as good as dead now."

 

[SamuelT]

Samuel repaired the tires, begrudginly. That ambulance held number nine, and he was reluctant to let it go. Once the tires were sealed up, the ambulance drove away, with sirens blaring.

"That was....less than fruitful. Doc's starting to get too good at this." Samuel said. No one reaced, but he didn't expect them to. Sparrow was fussing over Sarah, Iceous looking defeated, Emily and Scott were....somewhere and the female who had appeared out of nowhere was looking at the ambulance driving away.
