"Ah, finally. Now that you have arrived, please take a seat. You may pick up a drink or a sandwich for the bar, if you wish, before we begin." Nikolai said, as Sander and Rufus entered the room.
He coughed and waited until everyone was seated, then, he continued.
"Gentlemen. You probably know me already, but, in case you didn't catch it the first time, or keep forgetting, my name is Nikolai. Nikolai Sokolov. You may call me Kolja, if you wish. Now, we have arrived here with an express purpose of commandeering this location as a temporary base of operations. Naturally, we cannot remain here indefinitely and therefore, I propose a plan."
He took out a briefcase and put it on the table, before opening it. Inside was a laptop and a large sum of money. "This will be our most basic kit of operations, since I don't plan on working together all of the time. This is my briefcase, but you will find enough for everyone, I am sure."
"Included are the empty laptops that you can see on the table, right in front of you." He motioned towards the laptops on the table, "One for each of you. The only thing they have included is a Spetsnaz trace protection program and a small "chat" program for contacting the rest of us, if we are split up. Also included is 25,000$ in small bills, unmarked, which I... gathered from the safe. Now, onto the plans themselves."
He used the projector to display a map of the world on the screen. He pointed to New York.
"We, Gentlemen, are here. While it would be great to go, er, what is the expression? Willy-nilly all around the state, I'm sure we can do better. Now, the best thing that I have discovered about our condition is that a power like mine can spread it further amongst our populace."
He turned on the TV's, which were now showing a recording of zombie-like people shuffling around the streets of New York.
"They are our minions. And seeing as we are still quite human and can be killed rather easily, we will need more of them. Much more. We will need an army."
He coughed, slowing down, and continued.
"Plan 1. We take all the funds we have and make haste to San Francisco to take a plane or cargo ship to Russia. In my homeland, I can get in touch with certain... elements. We will take over the ministry of the Interior and ministry of Space, then use the Spetsnaz authentication to gather as many of the nuclear missiles as possible under a guise of armament inspection by the ministry of Space. We infect them and launch the entirety, about 24,000, into every part of the globe, not only causing untold devastation, but also spreading the virus in a thick cloud over the entire globe. Very high chance of success, minimal chance of detection."
"Plan 2. We stay in the USA and hit every major army depot and base, gathering stronger followers for the cause. Once we have enough, we use them to take over major cities, then send our armies of superior humans to take over the Americas and, eventually, the world. Costly and time-consuming is the only problem in this case. Lowest chance of success of the three."
"Plan 3. We quietly leave for Africa and become warlords there. Gathering money from the locals and various international visitors, we create a REAL base on a remote location, where we use corrupt scientists to create a fast-spreading biological weapon, or "plague", if you wish and then separate and release it in four different parts of the world, before returning to our base and barricading ourselves inside for a small amount of time, until the plague has spread completely and thoroughly through the entire world. High chance of success, low chance of detection."
He paused, breathing slowly and clearly. Then, he finished his speech.
"What you must understand is that we can no longer allow ourselves to kill indiscriminately and completely unhindered. We can afford Some casualties, but not a lot. And you must understand that we can only succeed if we work together. These are my suggestions. Now, it is your turn. Naturally, I suggest we use plan number 1."
