If you've played Dead Space, and payed attention, you'd be treated to the little fact (I assume it wasn't just made up, people would get angry about it if it was), that most people succumb to exhaustion after 50 hours or so of being awake, despite your will to stay awake.

It would be my guess , with proper concentration and determination, that 36 hours is reasonable.

Oh, it's one of those silly shows that got popular because it was on Cartoon Network's Adult Swim section.
