Mw2 is broken. So it's understandablewill1182 said:I used to ragequit a lot in MW2. There wasn't a single time that I stopped playing and thought, "Wow, that was fun, I enjoyed that". It was usually me throwing my controller into the couch, punching a pillow and/or yelling swear words.
I now only play games that don't cause me to get frustrated (ie. single player games). I've gotten bored of the whole online thing for a while...
RUN COWARD!!!!din0 said:I've rage quit a few times, I'll admit it(not like the most of you who preffer to lie ;]) I've done it in Street Fighter IV. And I have no excuse for it... I am a coward.
But seriously, unless your opponent was spamming, then its okay.
That is true.The_root_of_all_evil said:The only problem is sometimes you are on a team full of fuckwits against a team full of pros. You CANNOT win. At that point it's easy to jump out.
When will developers know that they need to put spawn protectors in their games?Kramcake2516 said:Ive only rage quited when there is no point playing
I've stopped nuke boosters before and they send me a message telling me to stop killing them.
Good example is Bad Company when enemy spawn camps so you cant even walk one step with out getting shot through the head.
I wouldnt rage quit if i was just losing mind, kind of like the challenge to try and best the other team at the last min.
I concur.Darkspectar said:Rage quitting is for the weak.....
I was a victim of it. Then I joined the game again only on the opposite team and murdered them.Austichar said:I don't usually rage quit on Left 4 Dead unless I just joined a bad team. What I DO hate though are Rage Booters, people who boot you for the slightest frikken mistake. Happens a lot on L4D it's crazy.
Tarrou said:My policy is generally to only quit when the other team is hacking. When I walk into a MW2 game, and there are flying players aimbotting from the sky, there's no possible way to make that work as a game. There's also no point in feeding them a hundred or so kills. Just quit, and make their powerlvling via hacks that much longer.
If the team is just doing poorly? Them's the dice. And I've seen a game (or five) where my team was getting stomped due to one player, and when I ruin his Nuke run, HE ragequits, and I can run the score back.
