Doing that would require 400 runes which can only be performed in the pleasure chambers, which you can only go to after opening the shadow gates and saving 1/3000 of the world Texas.

Yeah, but all that's easy if you collected the leaf of Vandarbalhall in the 3rd chamber of tremulous ents and focused all your stat points in the speed category.
