The hunters began to fire their large plasma cannons at the group. The group dodged the shots, but they struck the ship behind them, causing it to explode.

"Angry Statement: Looks like we'll have to find another way back down..." Nero said as he ducked from the incoming fire.

[hr]

"Finally, someone does something." Breen said as he got back into the air.

Just then, several more ships began to warp over the city, and more banshees poured out.

"Perhaps a trip to the armory for anti-air weapons would help." Breen said as he snapped the right wing off a banshee off with his robotic suits hands.

 

[Lambi]

"I've already got an anti-air weapon, if you didn't notice." Alucard mumbled as he shot at the ships that passed by. Seras had picked up her Harkonnen II again and was firing as much as she could.

 

[elricik]

"Can it do this?" Breen said as he landed on the ground. The mech suits chest then opened, exposing its power core. Several shots were then fired until eventually a blue portrait of Breen was painted into the sky with the plasma. Several Banshees exploded on contact as they ran into it.

 

[Lambi]

"Nope. But I also never miss my target." Alucard said to Breen, looking at him while shooting in all directions, hitting all of his targets. "If you aim like humans, you only shoot like humans." Seras stood where she was and fired at the ships in the air.

 

[BloodyThoughts]

Canti went flying off of the Pelican, that exploded, and he was on top of. He, out of pure luck, rammed right into the middle flesh spot on one of the hunters. It coated him a bit in orange blood. The hunter let out a..sound, turned around, and went to hit Canti with it's shield. Canti grabbed the edge, picked up the hunter, and chucked it into a wall. Canti walked over to the Hunter, helped it up to it's feet, then did a few corkscrew spins before using his heel to smash it's head down into the ground. Canti, however, hit the flesh on the neck of it, not only kicking the flesh, but slamming it into the ground. The hunter, out of no surprise, died.

"Hmmm..." Haruko thought for a bit, "Wait a bit...The orange spots are the only things uncovered by armor...blood spews out when you hit them, as Canti showed..." She snapped her fingers, "Guys, the weak spots are those squishy orange spots! Least, I think that's what it is."

"No shit, Sherlock," said Starkiller. Interestingly, he was not referring to our Sherlock Holmes, but rather, his universe's own version that simply happened to share the same name.

 

[capin Rob]

Six shot at the hunters in his nght vision "Get a phantom! Me and the other spartand will take the ship out!"

 

[Fallen-Angel Risen-Demon]

Shadow sped through the ship, getting past the covenant ignoring most of them. He headed to the cockpit. When he arrived he looked at the alien controls. "Hmm..." He looked at them with confusion, then he noticed the increasing number of ships. "Oh great..." He looked at the controls and karate chopped them, destroying them. The ship went berserk and flew into another as Shadow sped away as fast he could. "Chaos control!" He teleported in mid air just as the explosion was about to reach him. "Where's one of those fighter planes? I just need them to get a bit closer..." He was hit on the side by a banshee and cried out in pain. "GODAMMIT!" He was stuck on the front of the banshee and managed to crawl around to the side, where he kicked the pilot out and got in himself, holding a large wound on his side as he did. "Grr..." Several Banshee's positioned themselves behind him. "CAN'T I GET A BREAK?!" They began firing at him and he dodged, they hit the Banshee a few times before he slowed down to let them get in front of him and fired destroying two. The remaining Banshees circled around behind him and shot, destroying a wing and sending Shadow flying downwards into the City. The Banshee crash landed on a roof and Shadow felt himself losing consciousness. "Help... I'm down, got shot out the sky... Can anyone hear me? Help..." Everything started going black. "Losing consciousness, I'm on a roof somewhere..."

"Angry Statement: I'm tired of things exploding!" Nero yelled as he blind fired his pistol from behind cover.

"Commanding Statement: Spartans! Which way do we go to get to the reactor?"
[hr]
"Shadows down!" Breen yelled as he watched the furry creature fall from the ship.

"Seras! Secure him!" Breen yelled as he continued fighting.

 

[capin Rob]

"Wherever they keep coming from! Thats where the reactor is!" Emile shouted to Nero as hejamed his shotgun barrel in a hunters back before filling it with lead.

 

[Lambi]

"Right!" Seras gave a salute as she transformed her left arm into wings and flew into the air at a really high speed, only shown as a red line flying through the air. She looked around for Shadow until she found him, and flew down to him. "Looks like you're bleeding a lot. I'll take you back with me." She lifted him up with her right arm and flew with him back to the headquarters, near Breen. "Here he is. He needs medical attention."

The group began to move down the dark hallways toward the area with the most concentrated forces. Just then, two hunters appeared at both the north and south end of the hallway, trapping the group.

"Query: What the hell do we do now?" Nero yelled.

[hr]

"Make sure he survives at all costs." Breen yelled.

 

[SteakHeart]

"We improvise," said Starkiller through gritted teeth. He walked calmly up to a single Hunter, deflecting a blast of energy with the Force. He jumped up onto its shoulders and drove his sabers straight into its neck. He flipped around and shielded himself behing it, calling to the others.

"Duck! I have a plan!

Morrigan and Demo hit the floor.

 

[capin Rob]

"Kill them!" Emile shouted, concentrating on the other, throwing his grenades at it.

Jun hit the other hunter in the head sevreal times with great Accuracy.

Six also shot at the other hunter. Hitting it in it's exposed areas and killing it.

"That worked out just fine, there's gotta be somting else..." Six said.

 

[SteakHeart]

"That was my kill!" Starkiller shouted, as he landed on the floor. "I was gonna shoot that other guy with this guy's cannon!"

 

[Fury Is Me.]

Ran and Chen had followed the group into the ship once they had finished their kills on the ground and had basically been following them down the hallways, since they were a bit late. Once they caught up with the others, both hunters were already dead.

Marina decided to try her new gun out on these new enemies, seeing as they were obviously much more heavily armed and resistant than the others. She pulled the large gun off her back and aimed it at the shoulders of one of the behemoths and fired, which ended with the enormous bullet tearing a huge section of it's shoulder off. "Whoa!... I don't think I should use this..."

 

[AgDr_ODST]

"ohhh are you fucking kidding me?" Inuyasha loudly swore after waking up from a long sleep to find the BoB base under attack by the Covenant..And upon swearing the grunts who were prodding him nearly jumped out of thier skin and began to run about in a panic before Inuyasha pulled out tetsiga and cut the trio of aliens in half

"you said it man" Aang swore as he burned an elite that was foolish enough to try to engage him with an energy sword

 

[elricik]

"Angry Statement: Damn it Marina! Watch were you shot that thing!" Nero said as a chunk of the all fell to the floor, her fire nearly struck him in the face.

"Commanding Statement: At least their dead...follow me to the core! We also need to keep our eyes out for a way off this thing when we get ready to blow it."

The Ship above the group's large circular canon opened up, and a beam of pure energy began to fire onto the city below. The city's shields fired up, blocking the beam.

"Our shields can't repel fire of that magnitude...for very long. Evacuate to the bunkers, I will not lose my entire force in this attack!" Breen commanded.

 

[BloodyThoughts]

Haruko was picking her nose with her pinky while listening to Nero, "Yeah, big explosion, everything is destroyed. We go home heroes. Hey Nero, can I use what ever vacation time I have after this for a day off?"

 

[SteakHeart]

"Vacation time?" asked Morrigan. "Maybe. Haruko, do everything!"
